TOTAL INCOMPETENCE – Tracking is a lie and items are missing!

I am absolutely disgusted with the service (or lack thereof) from Zoomalia. My order DE2543576562 is nowhere to be found, yet their tracking system has the audacity to claim it was "delivered/picked up" in Malaga on December 26th.

This is a blatant lie. I have not received the package, and I have not picked anything up. This isn't the first time I've had issues with this company, but it will certainly be the last. Their logistics are a disaster and their records are clearly fraudulent.

I have given them a 48-hour ultimatum to locate my goods or provide a FULL and immediate refund. If you value your money and your sanity, DO NOT ORDER FROM ZOOMALIA. They are quick to take your money but completely incompetent when it comes to actually fulfilling the order.

STAY AWAY.

As the carrier’s tracking system indicated the parcel as delivered, we were required to ask you for a non-receipt certificate, which is mandatory in order to officially open a claim with the carrier in such cases.

After you informed us that the parcel had finally been received, we immediately proceeded to open a claim with the carrier in order to investigate the discrepancy in their tracking information.

They are a scam.

They are a scam.

I have bought an item in a bulk promotion, 24 units of the same item gets a special price.

They delivered only 23 and now refuse to reimburse me the 1 item missing for the amount I've bought.

Zoomalia refuses to send me the missing item and says they will reimburse an amount smaller than what I paid, because it is no longer a bulk deal - which is their entirely fault!

Very disappointed

I’m very disappointed with my experience with Zoomalia. The expected delivery date has already passed, yet the delivery company still hasn’t received my order. Nobody from Zoomalia has contacted me to offer any explanation, which shows a serious lack of professionalism.

Considering they are a company that supplies products for animals, you would expect them to understand how important delivery dates can be. A delay can happen, of course, but the minimum I expect is a proper apology and clear communication. Unfortunately, none of that has happened. I cannot recommend their service based on this experience.

Horrible…

UPDATE jan 2026: The food arrived frozen, several cans were opened and leaked all over the package due to the bad packaging. DPD left it in front of the door without notifying me about this. I asked for the refund and they offered me a 10 EUR coupon. NEVER AGAIN! It could be a good store if it weren't for a couple of issues. The main issue, and for me a deal breaker, was that you pay in advance and then only AFTER you already paid, you learn that they don't have the products available and that you'll have to wait for A MONTH for the delivery. That, to me, is completely unacceptable and way beyond what I'm willing to tolerate.

However, after I contacted the customer service, they removed the product that caused the delay.

Another thing is that they charge extra for things that should be self-understood and not charged for, such as the choice of the delivery service.

And then there is the DPD France issue - a very, very slow and poor delivery service; the items arrived damaged (the food trays opened due to the rough delivery). Use UPS instead.

They do have some products that I cannot get elsewhere, such as Specific, and that is great,

Never told me till I ordered that the…

Never told me till I ordered that the light was not in stock. Told me it was dispatched on website. When emailed to see why I hadn't received it was informed that it hadn't come in yet. I've been in shops with the light and could have bought it already if I had known. I will now need to wait till next week. I gave a extra star as when I got in contact it was a very easy process to cancel the order. If they has told me or informed that they might not be able to fulfill order in a timely manner i would not have ordered it

Ordered a 60 litre tank and it arrived broken

Ordered a 60 litre tank and it arrived cracked, glass all over the bottom of the tank, completely unusable and it was 100 euros. I've sent pictures contacting customer service and they asked for more pictures and then silence. I ordered fish for this new tank and now they are on hold until I can get a refund and buy a new tank SOMEWHERE ELSE. I expected this to be quick and easy and this is just annoying.

Edit: maybe say the email is automated instead of just sending an email like it's real. And I did send the pictures on the website so I am now sending again.

The worst website ever first time using…

The worst website ever first time using it because the vet recommended…have to chase the order myself with no email updates after 3weeks someone finally email me back and I’ve had requested for a refund for nearly €50 worth and it’s been 6weeks now still no sign of money or a reply back.

What I’ve order is for a really sick cat who have kidney disease so I wouldn’t not recommend or use this website again.

own your mistake...!

A few weeks ago we found a Superfish Qubiq 30 Akvarium on sale for only 20dkk/ 3euro, down from 464.99 dkk/prox 62euro - It was listed as "Flashsale/Lynudsalg"
We where aware this was a very good offer and tried buying it along with other things.
Now we recieved the packed and noticed they changed the order to "Window Clips" which is 20 dkk/ prox 3 euro not on sale.

This is very bad service, why not own your fault - we would have wanted the order annulled before receiving some useless clips. Live in denmark and the order comes from France, so im not going to return.

This means you really cant trust them and the offers they have on the site - Never buying from them again..!

First of all, I havent submittet any info so how would you know my purchase - other than if it's a bigger issue.
I just went back on your site, took a screenshot of the Superfish Qubiq 30 - still says "Lynudsalg" - before 464.99 dkk/now 19.99 dkk - Dont think 4 plastic clips cost 464.99 dkk (prox 62 euro)?
And if you click on it, both text, reviews and all tells you it is the aquarium you are buying.
So bullsh** on the terms that you cant sell with a loss - think you made a mistake, changed the text to "Clips" and didnt tell anyone - If it could give you minus 5 starts I would - Bad business..!

Customer service

Initially I receive the wrong I tems and did not have my complaint acknowledged or resolved.
Since I gave the trust pilot review of 2 stars a customer service representaive contacted me with an apology and a replaced item. I pointed out the pitfalls with their web site and I am pleased with the response. I hope the customer servive web site becomes more user friendly.

Terrible delivery/shipping

Good prices and variety of products but terrible delivery service. Half of the time, my parcel was delivered very far from the initial location chosen.
My last 2 experiences :
1) Paid extra for priority delivery but it came later than latest delivery date (food for my cat and it was quite urgent).
2) I'm still waiting for my order to be at least dispatched and it has been 1 whole week.
Quite sad because I was looking forward to the rewards but I will stop ordering there

Still waiting after 17 days

I placed an order 17 days ago, mainly because the website clearly stated that standard delivery takes around 5–7 days. It’s now been 17 days, and I still haven’t received anything.

I contacted customer service two or three times, and every time they just replied with the same message: “There is an issue and we will handle it shortly.”

I finally decided to cancel the order, and now the status only says “We will refund you ASAP.” — but what does that mean? Will it take 1 month? 2? 3?

Very disappointed with the service and lack of communication.

Customer Service

Hello everyone,
I basically cannot understand the customer service hours.
I placed an order, paid for it and received it. However, one of the items I ordered was incomplete. I reported this and complained about it using the form system on the day of delivery.
However, 48 hours have now passed and I still haven't received a response.

How is it possible nowadays that one has to wait unnecessarily long for a response or even for the issue to be dealt with?

And if you do respond here, please do not refer me to your contact form if I am not going to receive a reply via that anyway.

I ordered both a XXL crate and muzzle…

I ordered both a XXL crate and muzzle for my puppy, the crate is perfect for my pup as she needs space to continue growing. However, the muzzle I bought has unfortunately cut the top of her snout after 15 minutes of use. (Basket style Baskerville dog muzzle), the muzzle is spacious, however I believe the plastic is what caused such cut on her nose. Delivery was of expectations but please be aware of the material of the muzzle before your purchase.

The order was delayed due to the logistics issues, but the support (specifically Margarita, she was amazing) is very helpful and reassuring. Will probably be ordering again, but not something that I care too much about, so I won't be too frustrated if it gets delayed again. Order still yet to arrive, but tracking says it's almost near my country, so it's fine.
