DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I ordered a Hip Brace for my dog, which I was told was out of stock, but they would be in stock in 10 days, they advised to order it online, pay for it and then they would ship as soon as new stock came in - which I did.
Two weeks went by and no updates, so I got in touch on 16th May and was told new stock was due on 18th May.

On the 17th May I received an email saying there were further delays and they were going to DOUBLE THE PRICE !

At no point was a price increases ever mentioned when I was discussing which brace I needed, or when there were delays. If they were getting new stock in, and they had placed the order with their Suppliers, they would have known how much it was costing.
THIS FEELS VERY MUCH LIKE A SCAM - BE WARNED!

Really caring was able to speak to a lady even on bank holiday.I was flustered about sizing pups first wheel chair she is 6months and has only walked during hydro for minutes wanted a chair but wanted right one. Also from a company I trust who care about their products and customers.For us its just the beginning of our adventure hope this helps you will stick with Zoomadog.

5 stars the dog is able to walk great with it highly recommended get it for your buddy.

Lost £140 due to their shambolic returns policy. Returned a back brace for my dog days after receiving it (it made my dog very unstable), following instructions provided to me to the word. Then had to constantly chase up for them only to say they have not received it. The lady in the chat stated "Sometimes we have to go and hunt for returns in the building as they come to the building but not our specific office."
A month later and they are saying that they haven't received it yet. Wish I used tracking for proof. Even though they have known issues they don't warn customers to take extra precautions when returning products. Can see others have had a similar experience to my own.

I've been using Zoomadog for my greyhound boots for a couple of years. I've always found them very helpful when I've needed advice. The ordering process is very straightforward and orders usually arrive in just a few days.

From the time we placed the order to delivery the team answered all our questions, when the wheelchair and full body walking harness arrived, the instructions to put the wheelchair together were simple to follow and the wheelchair come with all parts to apt it to meet our dogs needs.
When we put our dog into the wheelchair the smile on her face as she was able to walk with out falling over was priceless

The customer service team were fantastic. The product I originally purchased was out of stock and the team were super quick at organising an alternative. Couldn’t fault them at all.

Absolutely disgraceful they charged me £50 for something that must have cost £2 to make it was pathetic and then have the cheek to charge £5 delivery for such a small item. They should have Trading standards investigate them.

Very quick despatch, thick sponge sole gives more protection, makes walking more comfortable, though had to make some adjustments for greyhound paw - as expected.

Good product and very quick delivery item arrived 3days early

I am so pleased with the Walkin’Wheels for my elderly dog who could only drag his back legs. He’s still getting used to them but it’s wonderful to see him walking in them! I can’t praise Zoomadog enough; having support and help on the phone makes such a difference. I am so glad I found Zoomadog!

regrettably the product proved ineffective our 17 year old dogs acute problems and therefore we returned in and were pleased to have our money refunded promply and without question.

Best boot on the market, our young collie has been wearing one for nearly 2 months

My 16 year old dog needed help getting up stairs. He took to the harness straight away without any problems. It really helps me to preserve my back as before that I had to lift him and he weighs 11 kilos.

It was expensive but should last a long enough I’ve and maybe later he may need the support for normal walking so I am glad of my purchase.
