It’s scam I personally waisted 200£ on it. I have ordered couple of Jordan Stuff but it never delivered to me As I have been keep sending them email that I didn’t received anything and they keep claiming it’s been delivered to a lady But they don’t know her name or details as she collected the parcel from my door. It’s bloody delivery guy fault he needs to knock my door instead of giving stuff to any third person

Appalling service.. I ordered a pair of sandals, for my elderly mother with an expected delivery of 3-5 days. After 5 days I emailed to ask when delivery would take place and they told me that the sandals had not left the warehouse but would be shipped that day with a 3-5 day delivery. It's 6 days since that last communication and still no sandals. I emailed again and they said that the sandals had still not left the warehouse but they would be refunding the price paid. In the meantime I missed out on buying a similar pair elsewhere at a discounted price because I had been told that the sandals would be coming. How often do they sit on customer's money for 2 weeks without delivering???? Is this a scam?
