Excellent Speed and Service.

This is one of the best VPN experiences I have, amazing speed and connectivity.

Very dissapointed. You buy a lifetime membership and then they cut off the servers you previously had access to one by one and you have to pay for previously included ones. 3 from the UK gone already. Left with useless 2 which you cannot use to stream tv like before.
Stay away from lifetime option is my advice imho... also support is next to useless... Either they just never reply or they give you some out and out rubbish...
Edit... see their reply below. They do not deny they do this. Suggest you don't purchase a lifetime licence as they clearly admit changing the rules after you buy.

Zoog VPN is easy to navigate and connecting was fast. In my six-month trial received from a promotion, the speed was good and the service was reliable.

I've been using Zoog for a number of months now. Excellent speed on a number of services especially streaming content.

They support IKEv2 and have a generous number of nodes. The Android and windows client work flawlessly.

Also use the open VPN client on a wrt router which works perfectly with policy based routing.

It's great to have this variety of choice in platform access. Great technical support.

Based in Greece and out of the 14 eyes jurisdiction without logs is fantastic.

Very good VPN support and connection speed. Doesn't keep logs since out of 14 eyes. Android app works great especially!

Not as advanced as some VPNs out there, but simple and efficient enough to deliver what is needed, and what is expected out of a VPN.
The lifetime plan is an awesome deal to get.
Expecting some more advanced features though.
But a 5/5 star for the stability, and performance.

Great priced vpn with good speed even at peak times with good amount of severs and great technology support was with pia they were good but 2-3 times dearer so you don’t always get what you pay for sometimes you get a lot more so if you want great vpn at bargain prices buy this vpn.

It's cool. We can enjoy the freedom and security even in China. The Support Consultants are always there, 7X24 providing professional and patient help. And it's much cheaper than some of the top ranked VPN which doesn't perform better. I like ZOOGVPN very much and will keep using it.

I found installing the ZoogVPN client to be a no-brainer. The same goes for sslecting and controlling connections to VPN servers. My only issue was my surprise when the Mac Kill kicked in afte3r disconnecting from a server. The kill switch certainly worked and will be useful when using a VPN on my phone or on the road. So far ZoogVPN is a great, and affordable, product!

The app is just super , use it regularly and very happy !!!

Service didn't quite do what I needed but they eventually agreed a refund under 7 day policy.

Fast connection times. Decent download speeds. I've only had this a few weeks now, was a hiccup with the US servers in the middle of the night once. Submitted a ticket, and was up and running when I woke up.
My only want is more P2P locations.
Everything else works great for me.

I had new account login issues, but ZoogVPN customer service was prompt and efficient in resolving the issues. I'm up and running and a happy (lifetime) customer!

Today I joined ZoogVPN and it's great! To my surprise I found out (via the VPN Setup page) that ZoogVPN supports Windows Mobile 10, which we still use a lot. Fantastic and this all for a verry small price. :-)

Fantastic app. Support service is the best I have come across on the internet - EVER. Could not get this to work because of phone settings on my iPhone. The support guy Michael talked me through exactly what I needed to do and stayed with me while I attempted numerous times to get his instructions correct, for 20 minutes, until I could watch UK TV while working abroad. I wish we could hire him as our IT guy! Great service, great app - well worth it.
