one of the worst companies

one of the worst companies, been waiting for item for long and now they are saying that the problem was the easter time....... and that they dont have the items in stock curiously talked with SVEA and they will raise an investigation towards them because the person who attended me there said that they have lots of issues with the company... Not worth to buy they never send you the items .

My purchase was on 30.01. and I still didnt got any delivery. Also no refund, no answers. Don't buy here.

Avoid this company – No delivery, no refund, no response

I placed an order for dog food on January 30th, but it never arrived. I contacted the company on February 3rd, and on February 6th, they assured me that the order would arrive early the following week.

Since then, I have repeatedly tried to get in touch, but they have ignored all my messages:

February 11th: Follow-up request – no response.
February 12th: Refund request – no response.
February 15th: Set a 7-day payment deadline – no response.
February 20th: Set a 3-day payment deadline – no response.
February 26th: Sent a final reminder with a payment deadline for today – still nothing.
This company took my money (1270 SEK) but never delivered the product. They have completely ignored my attempts to resolve this issue. It is unacceptable and not legal to keep customers’ money without fulfilling orders or processing refunds.

I strongly advise against ordering from them. If I do not receive my refund, I will take further legal action.
