Software never worked for me. No support replies. Can't even cancel billing. Pathetic, and honestly they shouldn't be allowed to even accept payment in my opionion.

Well my experience was not good
Well my experience was not good, not about the tools that I found they are too complicated ( and the translator is just really bad)
Once I decided to cancel my subcription customer service told me several times ( 3 times) to do not cancel, that they could manage it for me the campaigns and I did it.
So then after that, They send me an e-mail ( first I need to pay a fee of 20€) and then dissapear, It pass 5 days and no one put in contact with me or anything... so really dissapointing.

We use google to translate into 200+ languages, nothing we can do more to support a bulk load of languages in another way unfortunately.
We have a ticketing software called "supportbee.com" that they had some troubles registering incoming emails. They are working on to improve email header processing and already provided a solution but during that time frame, some emails were lost. Probably this is the unfortunate case that happened.
Otherwise, we always do our best to answer any request within 24 hours.

I have used zon tools for their PPC software which is simply amazing.
I’ve used Teikametrics and many others. They have, on day ONE, gotten sales in my campaigns in an ULTRA competitive market for 4X CHEAPER than more expensive software I’ve used.
Seriously worth the 30 day $1 free trial they are running.
Then I found this free keyword tool from one of their YouTube videos and it’s very robust.

Tarik Ozkan is the man. I had an issue with my US marketplace not synching to my account and therefore could not launch my US product. Tarik was always there to help and went out of his way to make sure they synched up. Very happy customer and can't recommend enough. Thanks mate!

This is the best thing that happened to me hands down, if you have more than 15 campaigns running sooner or later you will need a full time person to monitor those campaigns.

It is worth it
I am using zon.tools since quite some time now and it is fantastic. My background is in digital marketing so I didnt want to delegate ppc to someone else as it carries a huge strategic importance but I didnt have the time to manually manage it. I have around 50K ppc spend per month and active in 5 markets. zon.tools saves me so much time and does a great job. I am super happy with it.
