Didn’t get my full order. I ordered a double of the 8oz bottles which should have been 4 bottles and 4 lids. I only received 2 bottles and 2 lids. There’s no customer service number so I emailed about it and didn’t get a response.

Love the zomee fit, works super well for on the go pumping. Just got some extra parts to make cleaning easier. Nice work Zomee!

Called to correct area code on order that was placed, got calling service. Gave correct info, instead of just correcting the area code they canceled order completely amd notified us with email which we didn't see until a week later. This is a poor effort from a company that sells a lack luster product at a premium price. Instead of putting in 3 minutes worth of work in order for your client to get replacement parts, you leave them out to dry. Thanks

Emailing my issues was a lot more convenient than speaking on the phone. I sent a video and had a resolution sent right back. Very helpful and responsive team!

EXCELLENT!!!! The new warming W1 is awesome. I seem to have increased supply by an ounce each pump now!!! My fellow just enoughers know how this feels just like Christmas morning!!! The pump is very luxurious! Feels so high end! Extremely comfortable on the nipple. I’m impressed!!!

This is my third baby that I am breast-feeding. I pump on and off during the night and day, and have to pump in the car since my job requires me to travel. This pump by far has been my favorite after all these years and is a game changer! So comfortable and I’ve not had any issues with the pump leaking! I love that it fits right in my bra, and I do not have to have any restrictions with tubes and a plug! I even style my hair while pumping for my baby! Its so nice.

Zomee moved me over 800 miles to Florida for an Operations Associate role, and after two weeks I saw a lot of red flags. The inventory systems were a mess, the management environment felt toxic, and many of the employees were flat-out rude. I was also asked some inappropriate personal questions during the interview process that made me uncomfortable. After relocating and receiving basically no training, they let me go after two weeks. I’d personally caution anyone considering an offer my experience was that they weren’t supportive and didn’t invest in their people.

These are useless. They leak, I had a tight bra on. I followed all the instructions, but yet my bra is covered in milk that leaked out somehow. It's irritating realizing you just pumped, and God knows how much milk got wasted. I start them simultaneously, and they start at the exact same time... after a few minutes it changes rhythm almost and they arent working at the exact same time its like off by a second. I hate the feeling of pumping, so this product makes it 10x worse of a feel when you keep pausing to get them to pump at the exact same time for it to keep going wacky and pump one second off from each other. It'll start to feel like it goes back and fourth instead of at the same time which I absolutely hated. Once you take a second to figure out how to work it, its easy.. its just made more complicated than most pumps. Save your money, because this product is so expensive for how bad it is.

The pumps absolutely didn’t even come close to emptying me

I accidentally forgot to add a coupon code that I had when I ordered. I was able to customer service who promptly refunded me for the 20% off code I'd forgotten. Customer service was excellent!

I purchased the silicone collection cups for my Zomee Z2. There was a bit of a learning curve, but after getting the hang of it, I've been getting good results!

The zomee pump is incredible! I originally purchased it because it is the only pump with sabbath mode, which is a game changer. That being said, I love this pump so much that I use it all week long! It is strong and effective but compact, making it easier to pump on the go when necessary. Their customer service is also unmatched. Highly highly recommend!

I just love the Zomee pump. I ordered new parts to see if my original parts were getting old and I cannot tell the difference, which means they're still functioning like new. When I ordered replacement parts they were delivered incredibly quickly. The Zomee pump has made my return to the workplace as smooth as possible and I am still breastfeeding thanks to Zomee!

I purchased the hands free pump and within a day one of the pumps had an E1 error code. I wanted to cry. This pump is simply amazing. Reached out to support that night and got a response by the time I woke up the next morning. Got a new pump within a couple days and got back to pumping the best way I think there is! Friendly service, quick response, and fast delivery! Love this company!

I had reached out to customer service with concern about the noise level. They promptly responded with reassurance that it was normal and offered some additional assistance and maintenance recommendations that helped a lot. I would highly recommend contacting them with any questions or concerns.

Samantha was very helpful and easy to work with. My pump battery was losing power so she sent me a new one promptly and was quick with all her replies. She also checked in with me to see how the new battery was working and updated me when she received the defective pump.

I had asked for someone someone to get back to me. Never happened, package was delayed than expected after paying extra for faster shipping.
Package was shipped the day I thought it was supposed to arrive (4 days after purchase)
