To ensure our due diligence, I would like to explain our perspective of the situation as we seem to have different understandings of this. I've attempted to give you a call however no response.

After originally ordering white labels yourself from the website, you later informed us that you wanted to switch the material from white to silver.
We were able to accommodate your material change request directly and promptly; confirming this via phone and via email. The contents of the new order confirmation included the adjusted material, which distinctly reflected the new price. The order confirmation was not only emailed to you but also was visible on your Zolemba account which you approved online yourself.
At Zolemba, we do our best, to be transparent and reasonable, should you have expressed your concerns with pricing prior, we could have made any uncertainties clear, preventing any opposing views.

Goedemorgen!

Wat vervelend om te horen, dat jullie niet tevreden zijn over de levertijd.

Echter gelden er voor bestellingen binnen Nederland de volgende regels: bestel en betaal je op maandag t/m donderdag vóór 21.00 uur dan wordt het de volgende dag geleverd. Bestel en betaal je op vrijdag vóór 16:30 uur dan word je bestelling op maandag geleverd.

Wij hebben jullie bestelling op vrijdag om 20:45 uur ontvangen (waarvoor dank :). Dit betekent, dat de zending op maandag verstuurd is, vervolgens is er dinsdag om 14:45 uur geleverd.

Mochten er nog vragen of onduidelijkheden zijn, dan horen we dit natuurlijk graag. We wensen jullie veel plezier en succes met jullie aankoop en hopelijk tot een volgende keer bij Zolemba.
