Awful quality item, trying to get a refund under their 30 day refund policy, having no luck or response! Money wasted! Do not bother

Avoid at all costs!
I purchased some shoes that took an age to arrive. When I tried to return them, they stated that I was responsible for the delivery which would be £30 to return it.
What a joke!
The fact that they use London in the title is misleading as this company is not based in the UK.

What you see on the website is not what you get. What they send to you is inferior crap.
They have no intention of issuing you a refund and because they are based in China makes it very difficult to get your money back.
Do not buy for them. Stay away.

Only half a suit arrived. Totally poor quality and not as advertised.

They are a scam. I bought the same cardigan in two different colours and two different items to try for size. The delivery took a long to arrive (subsequently discovered it was coming from China despite calling themselves Zola London). Product was meant to be wool and felt totally synthetic and without any labels/ sizes etc. The sizes were all the same and way too small. When it came to return, I had to arrange this myself with DHL costing £75 to China. They corresponded for a bit via email with me when I told them that customs and DHL had been trying to call them but no one answered. Then eventually I persuaded DHL to email them, but now the email address no longer works. So a big waste of time and money. I will try my credit card supplier to see if I am eligible for a refund.....

Bought and item, it arrived and it was not anything like described- material was not as described, it was awful.
Their policy was to pay £30 to ship back - however you find out after purchasing you have to ship back to CHINA! They will then only refund you. I REFUSED!
They sent me useless emails for days offering me discount to keep the rubbish item I didn’t want. .. in the end I opened a case with my bank .. they refunded me instantly HOWEVER, the company did fight the case, I sent screenshots of everything, the emails back and forth, the product I ordered, label from the item showing the material, reviews from other people, screen shots from their website the lot it has taken a long few weeks but I WON MY CASE TODAY! .. so if you have ordered from these people definitely open a case with your bank, and get your money back! Push the claim and show them everything!
They are scam and they try to take peoples hard earned money for products that are falsely advertised.
BE CAREFUL!!!!!

Zola London???? What a joke - they're in China.
I ordered 2 x winter coats back in Jan.2025 (£116) and you couldn't even call them coats - they didn't even have any linings!!! Absolutely sub-standard quality & nothing like their description or photos (which are copied).

Returning the goods/trying to get my money back has been a nightmare and was obviously never going to happen.
I am so angry with myself that I didn't check the reviews before I proceeded with my purchase. A harsh lesson.

I am in the process of reporting this to my bank's Fraud/Scam Team.

I hope they get shut down. Sad thing is, they'll probably set up another 'company' under a new name & scam hundreds of others.

Ordered three items. Sent two items- neither of which were the item I ordered. Just ignoring me when requesting a refund. DO NOT purchase anything from here- you won’t get it and they will take your money.

My experience reflects exactly other victims reviews. Do not use this company. I usually check Trustpilot when dealing with a company for the first time, but for some inexplicable reason I failed to do so on this occasion which adds to the annoyance of being ripped off when it could so easily have been avoided!

Sent back the item to China paid £20 still no refund given for a hoodie, email after email no refund !!!!!Biggest scammers ZOLA London not in London.

I bought three jumpers which took weeks to arrive, the returns policy required me to send them back to China at the same cost as the purchase price ie £120 to return them!

Total scam clothing sizes are ridiculous and make it impossible to return anything. Sent email after email to arrange a returns and got no where.
Beware you won't get your money back.

BUYER BEWARE - SCAM ALERT - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I would echo what all the other complaints say about this disgraceful company. Do not buy anything from this company. It will take 3-4 weeks to arrive as it comes from china. It will not resemble in any way what you ordered and were expecting to receive. The items received were different colors, didn't fit and were completely sub standard in terms of quality. One item was listed as a denim shirt and what arrived was a cheap Chinese cotton shirt in black not grey as ordered in size that would not even fit a 10 year old!. The images are taken from other websites and will not be what you order. They have no intention of providing you with what you think you have ordered, they just want to steal your hard earned money.

When you complain, you get generic bot email responses stating that you can return the item/s at a minimum cost of £30 as per their returns/refund policy. However, it is impossible to comply with their own terms of 30 days, as it takes longer than this to send back and process the return. They do not tell you any of this until you have made a purchase and it is too late! The company operates out of the Netherlands but gives the impression it is a London based company who are fully compliant with all UK trading standards. THIS IS A LIE They are not and this company has been set up with the sole intention of scamming you and taking ALL OF YOUR MONEY! They will offer you an alternative to keep what you received which is complete rubbish, and refund 10% of the order value. When you push it, they offer 20%. However, they never refund the money, as it was never their intention to refund it either as the only reason for this website is to SCAM YOU!

They are vile people operating an openly FRAUDULENT AND SCAMMING OPERATION hiding behind a website, THE UK & EU Authorities needs to act and shut them down immediately! A COMPLETE DISGRACE!

Cant really add to what the others on here have said, 100% 1-star reviews from 170 different people says it all! I had the same issue as all the others, their sizing chart is incorrect, ordered my chest size for a jacket and it's probably 6 to 10 inches smaller than they say it is. Definitely will never fit me. Product is shipped from Asia despite no mention on their website of this. Then you contact them to complain and they say you have to pay £30 to return it to China. I've reported them to Trading Standards, hopefully they'll take them down....

Absolutely don’t use this company not in uk rubbish quality stay clear

This company is operating illegally, SCAMMERS! They steal advertising photos of clothes from other websites like Temu and market the garments as high end when in fact they are the lowest quality, cheapest rubbish I've ever seen in my life. They breach Trading Standards terms and conditions and send repetitive fraudulent refund emails wnen in actual fact they never even start a refund process. I was ripped off like many others. I reported these scammer to my bank. I put a claim in to my banks fraud team who investigated, my bank gave me refund in full which was over £60.
Please open a fraud/scam case with your bank and help have these Scammers shut down and prosecuted ASAP. . I notified ZOLA London that if they continued to breach Trading Standards Laws and not refund me in full immediately I would report to my banks Fraud Team.. ZOLA London continued to copy and paste pathetic useless emails to me ignoring all content of my emails. I hope the culprits operating this scam, go to Court and jail.

I wouldn’t even credit this company with one star. I placed an order which I didn’t receive. The responses to my emails of query and complaint were auto generated. There was no resolution and no receipt of order. I have now taken this further to claim my money back. How this company are allowed to operate is beyond me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
