Is not what I ordered online sopose to be embroidered not iron on

Ordered two globe lamps last year. They still have not arrived. They never gave me a tracking order, probably because they never sent anything to be tracked. This is a scam company and you can't even contact them!

I order the bedside smart refrigerator but I got my daughter to order one. PayPal is saying that the tracking number that they have States we received our items.

three4nine8Their tracking number is different from our tracking numbers, which was delivered by NONE.when i Received a product that was very different than what was advertised. One chair even was bent. So small that an adult cannot even sit in them so call this company and finally i Received my dollar back

I just called the phone number from Luci, the 919-939-2544, they answered and wanted to give me my money back but they needed to connect to my computer to do so, REALLY! How stupid do these JERKS think I am? Get into my computer and steal my information after they already scammed me for $40 just like everyone else on this page, be VERY, VERY CAREFUL!

I ordered 2 chairs pais for them and got confirmation on the order and got scammed no money back no chairs what a rip off!!! I want my money back!!!

If I could I couldn’t even give them a star. They take your money and run and you have no way to contact them to get it back. I’m contacting the BBB and reporting them. Please don’t order from these crooks like me.

This company is a scam, I placed an order on August 15th 2020 for campaign they had by two hammock chairs, get 3rd free, & free shipping! I cannot get in touch with this business, have not received product, or a refund! I have tried contacting them several times with no response, I will be reporting them to my state's better Business bureau, consumer affairs, and my state's attorney general's office! What they have done is basically took my money, and never planned on delivering on any products! This company ZOIYA is a complete rip off & SCAM!!!

They take your money and run! When I tried to follow up on the order I placed, their website is no longer available. I get 404 or 522 errors when I use the link from the confirmation email that was sent to me. No customer service to contact.

I ordered 2 chairs as well in August and have copy of receipt and confirmation #. Tried to contact the company and got nowhere.

I am in the same boat as everyone else. I ordered camping chair in August 2020 and haven't receive it yet. PayPal should have to reimburse the money everyone paid to this company to get the chairs. They are being investigated as I write this review.

This company ripped me off to I ordered the 2 camping chairs and never recieved it when I tried to go back to write them there wasn't a valid site for me to go to PayPal wouldn't refund my money either and I placed the order in July 2020. Still nothing as of today January 22, 2021.

I ordered and paid for 2 camp chairs last August. They took my money, never sent the chairs and never responded to my emails. Don’t get scammed like I did!! I’m out $40.

I’m in the same boat as the other folks. Placed an order for 2 camp chairs in August & the company just disappeared with my money. It seems there is nothing that can be done. I hope Karma lands on their head with both feet.
I do feel that if Facebook is going to allow people to sell items on their site, they should check them out a little more. Maybe ask for some sort of bond payment until they prove trustworthy. I found very little info before I ordered, but since they seemed to be a new company I took the risk to help them & myself. I’ve had good results before, but this one was a scam.

Ordered camp chairs and paid for them and have never received them. Never order anything from this company. It is bogus.

I can only repeat other reviews. Ordered chairs through Facebook on 9/3, money was charged to my credit card. Tried to contact them on 9/27 to inquire about order status. It's mid December. No chairs. No company web site. Nothing. Complaint to Facebook. If they are this sloppy about companies they host, will never order from a Facebook Ad again.

Zoiya ripped me off as well. Ordered two chairs, paid & never received since August 2020.

ZOIYA got me too! I place my order 8/26/20 with them for my 2 chairs and never received a email or confirmation. Also they charged my credit card right away. Having to deal with Covid 19 and everything else going on who needs these types of added issues. Please get the word out and remove their ads so this does not continue to happen to others.

I am not even sure where to begin. Long story short, i did not receive my chairs, I called the number and jimmy was ONLY kind to get you to do what he wanted. DO NOT long into anything for the refund page....He is very convincing but if you download it, he will have ACCESS to your computer. He hung on me three times. Then In a calm voice I told him off and I have never heard anyone swear and go crazy like he did. He is a SCAMMER! DO NOT log into anything he tells you too. No matter what. Shame on him for what he is doing to others. Instead call your credit card company and dispute the charge. He is not worth anyone's time. He gives you great anxiety so don't bother with him. Scammer!!!
