Disappointed with Zoiko Mobile

I have spent the last 48 hours without working service.

I had topped up / recharged the SIM after a 5 week unplanned stay in hospital to find that I had no outgoing service. My last use of the SIM was a phone call on 21/1. I’ve been charged, but not credited.

Calls to customer service don’t get answered, so leave a message with my phone number requesting a call back - nothing at all.

I fill out the form on the website to get an email back - told I’d hear back within 4 hours, but 24+ hours later there’s no reply.

The live chat bot never connects you with an agent (timed at 3 hours). The WhatsApp bot will go in circles, then spams you with promotional messages.

Their website speaks of 24/7 support, so where is it?

From Day 1, I’ve had issues. The OTP they sent to activate the SIM didn’t work, which required support intervention. I get errors when I look at most pages within My Account (including but not limited to billing or usage data).

I do not recommend them at this time.

Top quality customer service

I bought a SIM plan from Zoiko Mobile and misplaced the SIM. I was panicking as I need my phone to be in touch with my families and friends. I contacted Zoiko Mobile customer service agent, and was totally impressed with the level and quality of services I got. Very impressive and practical. Eventually, I got a replacement eSIM within a few minutes, and I was back up and running.

Thanks very much for such a high quality service.
