I have ordered 3 dresses in August 2020, the quality was appauling, after numerous emails begging to send me the address where I can return the items so I can receive the refund, I managed to return the dresses in September. They promised they will refund, but they haven't and we are in Feb 2021. It cost me extra 20£ to return the dresses. DO NOT ORDER , THIS IS SCAM.

I ordered a black dress.. 2 months later I received a white one with a stain. Wont return my emails about refunds/returns. As if that weren’t enough, the dress was terrible quality. I wouldn’t recommend buying from here due to their unprofessional business practices and lack of honor.

Ordered 3 dresses. 2 arrived. 1 was barely the same dress in the photo.
Tried to return the dress I wasn't happy with and ask where the third one was, but no reply for weeks, even after threatening legal action.
I have 1 lovely dress, it's a shame I also have one that I want to return and one that didn't arrive.
OK I was so excited about these dresses because they looked so cute on the website with good quality material, but I waited about 4 months, not to mention that they messed up the delivery address. When I finally got them... about 4 months later the large did not fit. They were way to small. They size charts are not accurate at all. Not worth it. I will never buy on this website again. Good straight to my donation box.
Terrible quality terrible service. Bought two dresses, the quality was like paper and one of the dress zipper broke the first time I used it.
I also tried to send them back but realised it was impossible after a very unprofessional email convo not even having the name of the company as a sender (also unencrypted). I would never trust it to get my money back.

Would give them -stars if I could. Order three dresses almost 2 months ago, tracking number is sketchy and their customer service is the worst! Send them an email about the location of the items and the reply was basically to keep waiting. Purchase at another website and save your money.
They scammed me. The company has now changed their name from Zohoco to Cinire. Please don't buy anything from them you will not receive anything you will just loose your money!
Terrible service. Been over a month since since buying product and have not received dress nor heard back from their staff after several emails. In addition, the tracking link provided is faulty and does not work. Would discourage anybody from using this site.

It seems to be a scam.I received the products but they are not at all as in the pictures.They are bad bad bad materials,smell very bad and I received the order 2months after I placed the order.I returned it right away,paid 30$ to send it back to China and I am asking to return my money.No response at all from them for 2days.

Terrible customer service. Tried to cancel an order within 3 hours of purchasing and they wanted to charge me $20 even after I listed 3 points why they could not have done that. Now they don't reply to any of my emails.
