Zoe has made a huge difference to how I look at health and nutrition. It is full of excellent information based on science. The latest version of the app has taken some getting used to and I'm not sure some of the elements of it are as good. Really miss the forums with other users but suspect they are absent because they are worried we might "talk" too much to each other!

Exceptionally frustrating. The immediate go to is some AI chat bot rather than customer service, even via email! No information on how to speak to a human. Was a huge fan of the Zoe team, but unable to speak to a human has put me off continuing to subscribe.

I didn’t find the introduction to Zoe at all helpful and only found the instructions to undertake the sample test after I had sent it off. I wasn’t finding the app intuitive and still can’t really understand how it is meant to work. However my interactions with the advisers have been very good and I have found their answers to my queries more comprehensive than other support desks so I at least have the reassurance that information and help is available which has made me committed to persevering.

Can’t unsubscribe and - their tech is glitchy (try later messages) and when I write to customer services i get fobbed off with an AI message. When I try a second email address I get the “high volume don’t know when we can get back to you response”. They really make themselves seem like a con - by getting you to sign up/subscribe and then making it impossible to cancel! The product is actually good - but everything around it - the customer service - is absolutely terrible!

I was having issues with the new update, this was addressed by Dani in Customer Services and was soon sorted out once I had updated my phone software. The service provided was quick and helpful, cannot fault it.

The new Zoe app is excellent. Tonnes of information, recipe inspiration and encouragement at my fingertips.
Seeing my food choices score building each day is very motivating and is making me much more mindful with my food.
The scanner which shows you the health/upf rating is particularly useful. I'm addicted to it alteady.

I have relied on ZOE's existence and advice ever since Tim Spector tried to positively influence how the country coped with Covid.
Since it has changed focus, I have found the nutritional videos, based as they are on extensive scientific knowledge or enquiry, core to how I apply the lessons to my own life.
However, the Daily 30+ has been a disappointment. Having invested in the recommended 4 months' initial supply, I sought help (receiving swift responses each time) in dealing with a rather unpleasant side effect that saw me opening my bowels several times a day. They acknowledged that having been regular before, I might need to use smaller, more frequent servings in order to achieve a good long-term balance.
I persisted, and in the meantime tried mixing the formula with other products (like the M&S Mega Mix) but recently had to end my subscription with almost a month's supply unused as even a small quantity had me back where I didn't want to be within a few hours.
I am looking at other formulations, as there sadly seems to be something in the Daily 30+ that doesn't agree with me.
I do also feel that hyperbole has taken a bigger role recently. To value the tin and scoop at £20 - part of an introductory offer is not endearing - good quality though they both are.

I love the informative videos and the ratings of what I am eating. This process has slowly changed the foods I am eating and I have discovered fermented foods! I'm not crazy about them, but I am trying to incorporate them into my diet. ZOE is doing a fabulous job! I'm looking forward to years of learning about my body and what my microbiome thrives on. Keep up the good work!

Im seeing serious benefits after 60 days of mindfulness eating. Improved energy, better sleep and a clearer brain! The app really helps you stay focussed away from unhealthy eating and maintaining a healthy diet every day. The pod casts add extra weight to my mindful eating, with some very interesting facts related to our gut biome.
