I have been a loyal, long-time customer of this casino & then just recently they offered me a 100% match bonus for any deposit over 20 dollars. So, I deposited 20 dollars & the match bonus showed up as my VIP points which you can redeem for bonus money (not real money until you burn off the bonus, which I can't see anywhere as to how long that will take).

Anyway, I played my 20 dollars & lost, which is all I have been doing here for the longest time. Gobble, gobble, gobble of my money. I then attempted to redeem my VIP points for my 20 dollars bonus money & they suspended my account from redeeming points. Big red writing comes up on the screen, like I have done something wrong, saying something to the effect of promotional abuse? How exactly is redeeming a promotion you are offered deemed as promotional abuse???

It has been a week or more since they've put this TEMPORARY suspension on my account (they don't tell you how long you are even suspended for, just telling you the same repetitive messages to keep playing & deposit more and soon you will have your VIP points redeemable again). The suspension is still there & when I try to go to chat to talk to someone about this ridiculous unusual punishment on their customers, they just have a bot say automated messages, then they end the chat on you.

I used to love playing here, but I am so turned off by them now. They offer promos, then they don't keep their end of the promo, the punish their customers if they don't play enough or if they win too much. Total BS.

Honestly, I have absolutely nothing nice to say about Zodiac Casino at this time. 🙄 I at one point would have raved about them, but they have gone downhill: reduced their daily give aways, punishment their customers, and claim to have the highest-win rate, but I haven't won a thing in many many months.

Update* Zodiac replied that they would look into this matter and customer service would be good to me. This didn't happen.

I did attempt to contact them & I provided them all of the information requested of me and they do not respond to me at all anymore. I was polite & respectful in my correspondence and I even sent a follow-up email letting them know I had received no response and it has been 4 days now since I sent those messages. I continue to wait.

In the meantime they reported me for defamatory & illegal content for my review & my review was temporarily removed while Trust Pilot investigated this matter. Trust Pilot has since responded & advised that my review was not illegal or defamatory & that my review was reposted.

Now, Zodiac wants more review information to resolve this matter or to prove it is genuine. I have screenshots of all of it.

I am beyond fed up with Zodiac. My account is still suspended & I cannot get a reply from their email or their chat services. I have tried numerous times.

Hopefully, my review helps others, and much appreciation to Trust Pilot for taking this seriously & professionally.
