WARNING: Zoza Beauty is a Scam – Avoid Doing Business

This is an urgent warning about Zoza Beauty and their fraudulent business practices. This company has failed to honor payment obligations to a creator who partnered with them in good faith. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the matter professionally, Zoza Beauty has shown blatant disregard for the agreement and has refused to pay.

Their behavior is not only unethical but also indicative of a company engaging in deceptive practices. As such, I strongly advise against purchasing from or collaborating with Zoza Beauty. Any creator, agency, or customer engaging with this company risks falling victim to their fraudulent behavior.

Below is my review of the other website this lying company (if it is a company). The review applies to this company and if you google the address given on the website you will see the 2 companies are listed as being at this address. I googled the address. It is a residential house. I wonder if the owner of that house has ANYTHING at all to do with these 2 companies- here is my review of the other company called 'Beaugenics'.I will update both reviews if anything ever arrives before they move onto opening a different website and if it arrives with customs to apy form 'Australia'. paypal refunded me already and said that if it arrives without customs and handling i can keep it but I will eat my hat if anything ever arrives. btw there is an awful lot of glowing reviews from men for a beauty company selling to women!
This website has a UK address , email and phone number listed. This company is claiming to be uk based.It is not and it is a lie.
If you go to check the 'tracking' it says it is coming form Australia. What that probably means is 'China' via Australia- That means for uk customers import duty and customs.
The phone number will never answer- you get put on a loop of 'hold' The chat function is never answered. I paid by paypal and called them up and they instantly refunded my money - therefore you also know that paypal have had enough complaints to already try and shut the paypal function for them down. The paypal account is held by a different account(email) than the website too, If you look at the fake reviews below you will see there start on september the 8th of 2022- it usually takes paypal about 6 weeks to get enough complaints to refund anyone who calls without them having to do an investigation for each caller. As my tracking says it is 'in transit', I will update her IF i actually get anything (or a customs notice saying the are holding it).

You canot get in touch with them and it seems it is not an English company but Australian!
I a m amazed that this website has not yet been taken down.

I order opalex on 29/7 due to arrive 11/8 only after I paid did it tell me the arrival date. Tracking received but I think it’s fake. Says it’s with UK customs since 11/8. Their email address on website doesn’t exist and phone numbers doesn’t it. I lost money and you will too. This company is fake

SCAM!!! Ordered nearly two months ago and nothing! No reply to live chat and emails are bouncing back. No point in trust pilot notifing them as that email address is bouncing back too.

I too have been scammed. I paid £26 for two products purporting to be half price. My father always told me if it looks too good to be true it usually is! Definitely fell into this head first. Ordered olaplex like others who have written reviews.
For sure a case of Caveat Emptor!

Ro beauty is a Total scam! I ordered $86.07 worth of oliplex from this site “half price” on July 12. On July 28 their fake tracking showed that it was stuck in us customs. No update since then and they do not respond to inquiries! I paid with PayPal and am just now reading these reviews to see that I have been suckered!!

Ordered Olaplex from them and never received products. Zero customer service replies. Avoid this scam and save your money.

Like other customers, I was scammed by Zobeaty. I ordered some Olaplex hair products, never received and email confirmation and my queries about the order were left unanswered (contact email address for Zobeauty does not function and returns an error, and no one answers queries in the chat facility on their website). They provide false order tracking data that updates periodically and appears genuine (if you have your order id).

I paid via Paypal and was billed by "MacKenzie Enterprises". I took a screenshot of the order for some reason, so I have some proof of the transaction. I have now requested Paypal's help in resolving this and they promised to refund me.

Hope someone sees this before they make the same mistake.

like many others on here, I was stupid enough to believe I could get olaplex half price 🤣 placed an order then went back and placed another the same day. It shows up on my statement as 2 different sellers, so something really dodgy going on here. Luckily I paid through PayPal and they’ve refunded one already - I assume because so many people have made disputes they don’t even investigate. The other is still is resolution centre. I ordered 23.07 received no email receipt or order confirmation just text with tracking link which shows in customs since 05/08. Contacted using their live chat at least 3 time and left my email for them to respond and never heard back

Still waiting for order that was placed over a month ago, can’t get in touch and they won’t reply to any emails.
Will report website.

Do not deserve any stars. I placed an order for Olaplex 26 July expected 16 August, received nothing. Called the contact number to chase my order and as soon as i dialed 3 for tracking order the number disconnected and have not replied to my many messages. This is a Bogus website. Do not be sucked into buying unavailable half price quality goods thinking you have found a bargain.

Total scam warn your friends not to buy from these

Scam - I had the same experience as everyone else here. Bought Olaplex, no confirmation email, bogus tracking number to fake page showing awaiting clearance at customs (since 05/08/22). Chat doesn’t work, no response to texts, etc.
I have opened a case with PayPal and reported to Action Fraud

This website is a scam!
Ordered olaplex and some other products online 24th July and wish I’d read the reviews first. Expected delivery date was 14/8 but “tracking” says “in customs” and coming from Australia! No email, text or instant message replies. I feel a fool after believing my items would still be arriving, but late. Absolutely disgusting this website is still going, scamming people for their hard earned money.
This website needs to be removed with immediate effect.

Placed an order for olaplex products 23rd July, never received anything. Thought I’d track my order and it said awaiting customs as it was been shipped from Australia! Never replied to the online chat or my emails. I ended up raising a case through PayPal and they were brilliant- I received a refund the next day. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!
