ai ordered the rose color and it wasn’t rose so I had to change to black stainless steel which is way cheaper but paid for the more expensive that wasn’t received. Ordered the microwave drawer and got the oven style microwave. Had to have my cabinets redone to fit the right item. Bad experience from the start. I bought a whole kitchen set up and have not been happy with it since day one. The oven does not cook at the right temperature because something I have cooked at 350 on all other ovens took 30 mins but takes an hour with my zline oven. My dishwasher does a horrible job washing the dishes and doesn’t ever dry them when on heated dry. The fridge doesn’t change degrees when I try to and my middle drawer freezes everything. Definitely wasn’t worth what I spent.

I purchased ZLINE appliances for my new home. The refrigerator stopped working in less than a year. I contacted the company for repairs. After several days of emailing and calling I was finally able to convince them it was a warranty issue. I then received an email stating they were trying to locate a service company to service the unit and that may take 5 to 7 days and that after they find someone that company will contact me and they length of time until they actually make the service call could be much longer. Absolutely the worse response to a service issue I've ever seen. I've been told that if it requires parts and I'm sure it will, it could take much longer. Under no circumstances would I ever purchase another ZLINE product based on the inexcusably poor handling of this situation

Our kitchen remodel was put off for a length of time. Our range hood set in the garage and unfortunately some of the parts went missing. I phoned up to order the missing parts and was greeted by Tammy on the phone. She was very pleasant and very knowledgeable. She was able to find the parts I needed quickly and with confidence. She got everything handled very quickly I couldn't be happier.

I remodeled my house 4 years ago. The range hood LED light stopped working. I took the cover off, traced the light to LED power supply box. I took a picture of that power supply box, emailed Zline customer service Sunday night. I was just hoping for some guidance. Just some type of guidance would be appreciated.
Next day, Monday, I got a courteous call. Initially, I had no idea what that call was about. I was least expecting a call from Zline customer service, so quickly.
The utmost pleasant lady explained Zline will send me a complete LED light/ power supply assembly, with assisting video to help me in the process.
I was grateful for the assistance. I was asking for payment, thinking my unit was bought 4 years ago when I remodeled the house.
I was utmost surprised the lady kindly said the replacement will be free, and will continue to assist me for any further guidance needed!
All in all, I experience with Zline customer service, simply put, is a first class experience!

We have a 48" dual fuel range that's less than 2 months old. It was missing a few screws to screw in the front metal panel so the sent those and also helped me out with a reversible griddle situation. Great customer service!

Wall oven quit the first time I used the air fryer. Z Line says it is not covered by warranty because the contractor who built the home ordered the appliances 10 months before we bought the home. They base the warranty on the delivery date not the install date. They have been totally uncooperative. I’m just gonna yank it out and throw it in the garbage!

It is a dirty, darn shame that I cannot give below a one star review for Z-Line. We purchased a new gas, cooktop, double oven and a dishwasher from them about 10 months ago while our house is still under construction. Our home construction finished in late March and the oven was installed about three weeks ago now. The upper oven is heating to temperatures an excess of 500° to the point I had burned my hand when I opened the oven for the first time the lower oven would not heat at all. After submitting a support case with ZLline and two days later, I got my initial response that they wanted videos and proof of purchase, which I sent to them once again after days of waiting a respinse came and said that they couldn’t open my videos so I sent the videos a different method og google drive. After another 3 to 5 business days waiting for the reply to email. They claimed they still couldn’t read my reciept so I sent another. 3 days later they reply to the email, they told me that I did not buy the brand new unused oven from one of their resellers, and they refuse to help me. I do not know why they just cannot have told me this from the beginning rather than wasting three weeks of my life, sending videos and proof of purchases to them. If anyone is thinking about buying a line appliance do your homework, please and do not rely on reviews you see on Lowe’s and Home Depot‘s website because they are all glowing dig deep into the Internet. I now have a $2,500 paperweight.

We researched and purchased Zline appliances for our kitchen remodel. We purchased the appliances on 9/2/23 and they were installed the week of Thanksgiving 2023. The oven was lightly used between 11/23 and 1/25, slightly over a year and just past the Zline warranty expiring, the oven stopped working. It no longer maintained heat. We contacted Zline and they were able to provide some people who serviced their product in our area. It took some time to get an appointment and the service person told us that it’s a common issue for the heating element to stop working and the five function switch as well. When he took apart the oven, both the bake and broil elements were no longer functioning and he said this was the first time he’d seen both elements fail. He also said that Zline has upgraded the elements and the wire attachments since we purchased our range because of this issue. The wires actually melted, which is so troubling because Zline knew about this issue and didn’t recall the parts. Zline told us that they “may” be able to send replacement parts at no charge but the parts are inexpensive. It will cost nearly $500 to have it serviced. Zline says that this range is rated for commercial and residential use and it broke after 14 months of light use. I do not recommend purchasing this range.
