Almost the same problems as Bernarda described. Total "one person" in background scam!

This is an online store where I bought shoes. Shoes came without box, just in bag. I have never bought shoes anywhere that were too small if the size was right. (42 EU) But this was obviously too small. I filled a return complaint as requested on their website and sent the package with shoues in exact packaging as recieved and labeled as a return package as requested in their online instructions. They never responded to it. (except automatic email confirmation) They never refunded anything. They dont answer phones, don't answer emails. I am so pissed about how they sucseeded to ignore me totaly and keep their money and the returned product/shoes I have sent back in hope everything will be smooth.

I am now willing to pay an attorney and inform interpol about this fraudulent activity.

STAY AWAY FROM THEM, save your money adn report everything if you have a bad experience !

This is an online store where I bought shoes. Shoes came without box, just in bag and were damaged. I filed a complaint on the same day, attaching a photo of the shoes. They confirmed by email that they would refund my money and asked for my bank account number, which I provided immediately. They stated that the refund would be processed within 14 working days; however, despite additional follow-ups, the money has not arrived to this day, and a month has passed since the legal deadline expired. Unreliable and unprofessional — I definitely do not recommend this online store!

Additionally, I was invited to leave reviews for the products—they apparently call every customer. I left negative ratings for both products, briefly explaining my opinion and experience with this store. However, both reviews were deleted! So, don’t trust all those glowing ratings for their items, because negative reviews are being removed!
