Lanzarote Airport transfer

Driver on time for both outward and return journey. Have used Zip many times and they are very reliable and competitively priced, and would highly recommend. Will be using them again soon.

The driver didn't show up..

The driver didn't show up..
But I got great help from the operator and they called a taxi for us. The extra expenses are reimbursed in full.
We have travelled numerous times before with ZipTransfer and never had any problems prior to this incident.

Lanzarote experience

price good and competitive -collection arrangement at airport worked smoothly -dropped off wrong location -very close but wrong - big well established hotel -no excuse and no subsequent apology

Easy to find at the airport

Easy to find at the airport, very helpful drivers. No need to contact them,they keep in touch and let you know when they are due.
I have used them loads of times now and totally satisfied with the service and price.

waiting over an hour on our transfer…

waiting over an hour on our transfer from airport to hotel, on the way home we had a private pick up which didn't turn out that way they collected four other people from a different hotel .

Recommend Zip Transfers

A bit of a queue at the desk in the airport, but friendly, efficient drivers both ways and arrived to pick us up from the hotel on time. Have booked Zip transfers previously and wouldn't hesitate to book again in the future. Good price and recommended.
