Zach was very engaging and left space for creativity. The course was structured with a reasonable learning curve. There were very clear course instructions that were organized. Allie’s follow up was timely and helpful. The only negative review that I have is the Google Sheets was a little frustrating to work with since the majority of the prompts did not fit on one sheet.

An Experience Worth the Dedication
The assistance provided by Hannah Houde made a great deal of difference. I was able to have a human that cared about my success as much as that of their program. Highly Recommended AI Certification Course!
I loved the live session discussions and the user friendly assignments. However, I would recommend that for those who are new to AI and potentially need more time for the PowerPoint assignments, that you list the time requirement to 2-3 hours (only because it took me longer because I am a perfectionist).

The information shared in the modules was great!
The information shared was exceptionally good. The modules contained informative videos, practice projects, and useful references. I learned so much from the modules and am glad to have access for the full year. I enjoyed the live sessions as it gave me an opportunity to hear how others were interpreting the learning but I didn't find that I learned much in those sessions. It was sometimes difficult to understand exactly what the homework assignments were asking me to do. Using Slack to get guidance on homework was cumbersome and since responses weren't immediate, wasn't useful to me. Though I was never sure if my homework assignments were completed properly, I did get positive feedback. They must have been okay.

From Learning to Doing: A Hands-On AI Experience for HR Professionals
I recently completed the AI for HR Professionals certification and it was one of the most practical learning experiences I have had. What made it great was how intentionally it was designed for application, not just awareness.
What they did well:
• Made AI relevant to real HR work, not abstract concepts
• Brought in facilitators who translated complex topics into clear, usable steps
• Structured each session to move quickly from learning to doing
• Required hands on application through projects and playbooks at the end of every module

The teacher that was there to answer…
The teacher that was there to answer questions, Maria, was amazing. The pasting of answers into slides, needs to be updated to something much more friendly, like maybe having your own slack channel to submit your answers on; the slideshow deck is antiquated, cumbersome and wonky.
