I would use the service again due to the great cost and the huge convenience of pick-up and drop-off.
My coat wasn't up to a huge standard of cleaning, but for £6 (discount for first time user) and a fast easy reliable service I couldn't complain.
It did the job.

The service was fine......but I was charged 22£ + service charge but the slip attached to the clothes said total charges 10£
The response now is that is the pure cleaning fees......14 £ as VAT and service charge over 10£ cleaning fees that is way too high.....good to know so that I would go elsewhere for drycleaning

Pick up never happened....
Received an email with "Your driver was unable to reach you" while I was at my place and with my phone in hand...So I had to book again and there was a delay this time for the pick up.

The pick up was good however the driver…
The pick up was good however the driver didn’t arrive with a bag to put the items in and it was raining outside so he had to go and come back again.
On the delivery of the items I was handed what appeared to be my two items however when I closed the door and checked there was only 1. When I called they said they’d look into it and I didn’t hear back but after 10 mins the door bell rang he had forgotten to tie the two items together.

Recommended
First time using a laundry service in London and it went very smoothly. The service sent someone to pick up my laundry but I missed the scheduled time so got the date rearranged for the next day instead. Fast communication and the laundry I got back was packaged up nicely as well. Will definitely use this service again!

Fantastic company. Very good customer service, I had a last minute change and had to collect my order from their depot. They accommodated my request and were very helpful. Used on a couple of occasions and the driver is always friendly and arrives within the time scheduled. Thank you!!

The only improvement to the folded…
The only improvement to the folded shirts would be as some competitors do putting something around the shirt neck to preserve the shape of the next. Other than that the service was very good and I also apprecciated a lot the feedback about the fact that in one shirt a button was missing.
