Been using Zipjet for years and move to Laundryapp has made it even better. Great to get those difficult to do items cleaned.

Brilliant service

Brilliant service! Friendly and on-time driver and lovely clean clothes delivered as promised. We were on holiday in London and found Zipjet affordable and professional (much better than in-house hotel service). Will definitely use them again when I'm in London.

WARNING DON'T USE THEIR SERVICE

WARNING DON'T USE THEIR SERVICE: they damaged my expensive shirts with their ironing machines or washing process and they didn't do anything to fix it, they replied once and then never came to pick up the stuff or replied to emails, what a big scam. any shop in a non-developed country would have taken more responsibility or provided better service than them.

it is a shame that this is a german company

Delivery dumped and shirts…

Delivery dumped and shirts stained.Driver did not collect at the specified time. My neighbours informed me that my laundry was dumped outside my house before the specified delivery time, no notification was given of this and completely unacceptable this was just left outside my front door in plain public view.My shirts that are very expensive habe been stained with pink . Awful and terrible service ,

I am also sorry to hear that the driver arrived outside of the time slot!

My pillow couldn’t be washed because…

My pillow couldn’t be washed because they told me that there was « lumps » in it... even though I didn’t see any.
However, I still like their service and will order again someday.

Driver never came the cancelled

The driver never came to the address, called then hung up and would not answer the phone again. They then cancelled my order. all in all pretty awful first experience.

I am so sorry to see that you feel your experience warranted a 1 star review.

I have had a look at the order and can see that the driver was at your location 10 minutes before the end of the slot, and then we called you from the office around 15 minutes later, and did not get a response, so the driver unfortunately had to move on.

All orders that have not been collected from each shift, are cancelled to make room for new orders.

I understand this may have been disappointing, and we would really love another chance to impress you!

More problematic that it should've been

Didn't have a great experience to be honest. Initial pick up was late, then the next day received an email saying there was confusion about my order. The day after i was informed there was no driver to bring my clothes, which meant delivery had to be delayed an extra 24 hours. To their credit they were quick to sort it out and take off the extra money i had paid but all in all it was more hassle than it should have been

REALLY DISAPPOINTED

It is fine that Zipjet needs one more day to finish dry cleaning my clothes. However, what disappointed me a lot was one of my favorite Isabel Marant dress was not delivered to me with other clothes. When zipjet tried to deliver my missing dress on the second day, I did not receive it again. I guess my dress was delivered to the wrong place by the diver and more unfortunately, Zipjet told me that the driver did not work with them anymore -- which means they could not contact the driver and my dress was lost because of their management leaks! I am really upset.

Spot on timing

Collection and delivery perfectly on time and a job well done.

I wish they had the option to return the metal hangers as they are hard to recycle and could be reused easily

Good Service, Random Shirt in my Order

I thought the service was great! However I did get a random camisole in my bag of laundry that was not mine. Not a worry for me but I just thought how much it would stink if I lost a piece of clothing..
