Stacy was fantastic in her help everything that we did not know she chased up and got done would recommend and everything got completed on schedule

They made the whole selling so easy, great service such friendly staff, who know there stuff, they have solutions to any issues, Stacy was fantastic, so friendly and helpful 10 out of 10 all round nice people to do business with.

Charlotte in particular at Ziphouse is extremely helpful with fast responses and rapid solutions to some of the complex problems we had throughout the entire process.

With the sale at risk on several occasions, ziphouse managed to create bespoke solutions to resolve any issues we had.

Bunch of spammers with no regards for GDPR be carful dealing with them if they have your data.

I would strongly recommend you do not use this company. They will make an offer then claim the valuation came in too low (using a spicerhaart who are part of their business group) cancel offer and then claim to have an investor interested. They are nothing but a poor estate agent, high staff turnover, rude and incompetent staff. They dont validate or sale progress. Expect a fee for nothing without a contract whilst breaching any terms. They are useless. Sell it yourself you would be far better. I am currently preparing to take this firm to court for so many legislative breaches

Advertise upto 90%.FALSE. first line of conversation I'm told "We pay 80 to 85%. Initial offer comes through at 70% market value and that is still subject to two 'independant' valuations, who are paid by Ziphouse. (Independant, I don't think so)

I found all of the team superb to deal with, especially Stacey and Alison. They treated me with empathy and respect, and understood my situation fully. I went into the whole transaction with eyes fully open in terms of the sort of offer that I would receive, and all aspects of the process were explained thoroughly, at every step. There were a few hiccoughs during my journey with the team, which were out of our hands, but with their guidance and patience, we completed the sale in a remarkably short space of time.

I approached Ziphouse after my flat sale fell through at the last minute. I was keen to progress with an onward purchase and the team at Ziphouse provided that opportunity. It was a smooth, easy, straightforward process and we were guided throughout the process. The team, especially Stacey and Alison were very helpful. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I can't thank Ziphouse Ltd enough for the service we have received in selling our house, we weren't quite straightforward sellers but Ziphouse made sure we were kept informed at all stages and even being slightly more complicated, we still managed to complete quickly, everyone has a story and Ziphouse, especially Alison & Greg were sympathetic, understanding and couldn't do enough for us, we will be forever grateful we could go through the sale quickly and effortlessly, thank you!

After an initial shock of realizing the true worth of my property, the sale and legal part was a painless one kept informed of how things were proceeding along the way Greg was very helpful and explained the procedure as were Alison and James (all very patient with an old fart such as myself) First contacted Ziphouse before we had found somewhere else to live got phone calls on a regular basis to ask how things were going nice to know that I wasn't just a number on a list all in all nice people would use their services again should need arise

Helpful and friendly, they always got back to me with any questions I had, very good communication.

We contacted Ziphouse back in April for a valuation and to find out how the service worked. The initial call with them went well; they were not pushy, were compassionate to our situation and were very informative. We could not make the offer work as they pay around 15% less. However I would definitely recommend speaking to these guys if you are looking for a quick sale on your house.
