I get WAY to many emails. The service is exceptional, the prices are good and the package arrives in a timely manner. Just those constant emails are enough to make me look else where for the product. I placed an order and immediately got 3 emails.

I wanted to use an alternative product and I moved easily from my reorder page to the dialogue to determine if qualified for the change. It was very simple. If fulfillment and delivery was like my first and only order then the wheel has been greased & is ready.
