I don’t even believe this company deserves any ratings because this is the worst service I have ever received from a company supposedly in the United States. I bought a watch on 07/24/2024, they took my money, and up till this moment, I haven’t received a confirmation email or a tracking number. I had sent an email to complain earlier and got a response from Lana talking about the company having to restock and all that BS. Why charge customers for a product you don’t have. The company’s phone lines doesn’t even work.This seems like a scam, it’s unprofessional and unacceptable.

I've ordered a Blade watch for my son's birthday.
the website stated shipment will be made within 1-2 business days.
After 2 weeks I've sent an email asking when should I get it as nothing was sent.
I've got an email mentioning they apologize, the watch was not at their warehouse, but is expected to be sent by June 28. Never happened. I've sent another email to which I got no response at all.
So for now, I've paid for Watch and shipment, got nothing, and getting no responses, which makes me believe, I'm dealing with an illegitimate business.

I've been dealing directly through email since my first purchase and the Zinvo customer care team couldn't be more helpful or generous. I now have 3 Zinvo Blade watches, the Fusion, Cobalt Gem and Rogue. They are all stunning and have a great quality feel and look to them.

My order number 21193 , placed order on 28th March 2024. First said there is shipment delay and will send my order in 10days time. Till to date have not received my order. After numerous email and asking for refund. They sent me someone elses tracking number and said my order has been shipped. Emailed them
again with screenshot of thr fedex tracking to show its not my address etc… no response till now…
Unprofessional
Hey there. Good morning. I ordered a watch (Slate Blade 44MM) on November 19. I have still not received the shipment confirmation as the email stated "This email is to confirm your order: Please keep in mind orders take 1-2 business days to process. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped."
You charged my credit card on November 20, and attempts to reach you have been unsuccessful as your numbers aren't going through and I have yet to receive a response to my email.
Any one here to offer assistance, please?

Customized Watch - Not Delivered
I made a customized watch purchase on July 4, 2023 and today October 4, 2023 haven’t received any watch or any comments from the Zinvo team.
I have tried multiple times contacting them via email, calls, etc, but no one answers.
I would not mind waiting another extra month or two if they at least had the decency to reply back my emails so I would know that my order is being taken care.
Seems like Zinvo only invest in the Marketing team because I receive weekly emails with promotions or new products but when it comes to the Customer Service team is non-existent.
At this point, feels like I’m being scammed, would not recommend this to other people. Not sure how to proceed with this situation.

Second chance at a first impression....
I had been tossing around the idea of buying one of these for a few years as I have seen them in the wild a few times. So I ordered a blade panda which I wanted. I hadn't heard from them, but inquired and they apologized for not reaching out to let me know them had no more inventory of the panda. But they did rectify it buy offering me a custom blade that looked close at no additional charge and shipped it right away.
Thanks for making a bad situation right and being speedy about it.

Money Spent But No Watch Or Response
I am completely dissatisfied with my purchase and customer service. It has now been over six months, no response to my e-mails, and phone calls go straight to voicemail. Completely unsatisfactory in customer service, and it feels like they're stealing my money. I purchased a fully customized watch back in January this year, over $500.00 spent, with no watch and full lack of response and care. I am not happy. I was looking forward to receiving my watch, but now I just want my money back since I have not received a thing. Someone please help!!!!! I am tired of losing money, most especially with everything being more expensive these days.
