My parcel was placed in a safe place by RM and I couldn't find it. I emailed customer care and Lucy was very helpful and lovely. I got replacement toothpaste and that was delivered very quickly. Overall, I'm very happy with my interaction with Lucy and customer service and as usual very satisfied with toothpaste. Thank you.

This is the best toothpaste ever! It’s really made a noticeable difference to my teeth - I wouldn’t be without it now. I made a mistake with a discount code which customer service so kindly sorted out for me. There aren’t many businesses who would do that these days. I’m very impressed.

I genuinely love this stuff. Tastes great, helps my sensitivity, has whitened my teeth a fair bit. One of my recent tubes was a bit faulty, and customer service could not have been easier, kinder or better - they got back to me so swiftly and sent a replacement. So not only do I recommend the product (peach is my fave), but the company themselves too!

The customer service was great!!! I said I didn’t want to be pressured into a subscription until I knew the product was great and communication about that was excellent. I have to say I was excited to try the products and I haven’t been disappointed. Funky and fun but effective too. I have tried sls free toothpastes before but never got on well with them. The floss is thicker than I have used before and to be honest I hadn’t flossed for a while so my gums and teeth did hurt after but I’ve stuck with it and my teeth feel and look so much cleaner now and it’s no longer painful to floss. Yes these products are more expensive but I think they are worth it. I am enjoying using them and am really happy with the results so far. I will definitely reorder. The fact that this is a small family business is also a plus for me and the customer service I received from Lucy to resolve a matter was exceptional. I am a very happy customer!

Very expensive toothpaste (£15 a tube) that doesn't deliver what is advertised. My sensitivity was mild prior to using it, now it is extremely painful, much worse. Also no whitening, it's much better with leading brand toothpaste at a much more reasonable price.

Absolutely love the toothpaste, great flavour , can see the difference and sensitivity is so much better!!!! The BEST toothpaste on the market!
As someone with ASD, Zing has been an absolute game changer for me! I’ve always struggled with sensory overload when it came to dental hygiene, both the strong mint flavour and the froth most toothpastes give means brushing my teeth has always been a battle. After trying Zing, I now look forward to brushing my teeth! Both the flavours and the amazing froth-free formula make this toothpaste amazing for someone like me!
Not only do I enjoy using it, I’ve had amazing results, with my teeth feeling, and looking so much better!
I couldn’t recommend more, and would highly encourage anyone debating to give it a try!

I ordered a starter pack and tried the lemon one this week. It was fantastic. My teeth feel cleaner and not as sensitive. I then ordered the floss and the customer service from Lucy was brilliant (both fast and friendly)when I asked to merge the two subscriptions.

I bought Zing after seeing a random Facebook advert, it’s so nice to use, doesn’t make your mouth full of foam, leaves it feeling fresh, I use mint as it’s the flavour I prefer, been using it for several months now!

Original mint toothpaste taste snd feels fresh and lovely. Delivery is quick and they have amazing customer service service. Friendly , quick and efficient! 👍

Ordered just one mint flavour tube not really expecting anything different from the usual but this is amazing, and I noticed the difference after the first use! Not too strong mint flavour, not abrasive but my teeth have developed a smoothness and cleanness that lasts all day and I didnt think it was possible at age 72. Have now bought a further 2 packs of 4. Will not use anything else from now on.

Super quick response to help resolve an issue that wasn’t even their fault! Unfortunately my package was stolen from in front of my door before I got home and Lucy was amazing, responded so quickly and got me another set sent out! ☺️

I’ve ordered from Zing twice and really love their products. The toothpaste is obviously more expensive than your high street brands but I personally think it’s worth paying the extra money for dental products with better, higher quality ingredients. The black floss is also fantastic - I actually look forward to flossing now. I had to get in touch with customer service about my second order as the box was open upon delivery and one of the tubes had fallen out. Lucy was more than happy to help out and send a replacement. Highly recommend supporting this small independent business!

I found Zing when I was looking for a toothpaste with healthier ingredients. I have now been using it for over half a year and just made a large order for the future. I love the taste, I love the design of the tubes, and I love how it has improved my teeth. I had dark patches in the crevices on the top of my teeth and now they are all lovely and white again! I made a mistake with my last order and customer service was very nice and helpful. I can only recommend Zing!

Tastes good. Sls free. Unfortunately my sensitivity returned with a vengeance. So much so I made an emergency appointment with the dentist as I was convinced I had a cavity. No. Just sensitivity. Back to sensodyne for me.

2nd order of 4 tubes arrived but on opening the box there were only 2. I sent them an email and they immediately acknowledged my issue and sent the 2 missing items immediately. Thank you Lucy and the Zing team.
