Shipping is very slow
Shipping is very slow. Took two weeks before I received an update. The 3-5 day Shipping is miss leading. After they take two weeks figuring out what they are doing it still takes 3-5 days to ship it. Will never order again or even recommend.

Not on time
I was told my orders will arrive for Mother's Day if I ordered them on May 1st. I did and my gifts didn't show up until Tuesday evening on May 13th.

The product provided was beautiful but…
The product provided was beautiful but the experience has been less desirable. When I saw that it was being shipped to the billing address, I contacted customer service right away and I was assured that the address was updated and that it was taken care of. This was not the case, my 85 year old aunt's mother's day gift was delivered to me on the other side of the country.
