When I had problems with my order due to a technical issue, Juancho was very helpful and efficient. Response time was within minutes! I'm talking within 3 minutes!! He not only provided a replacement for me straight away, but he kept me updated with shipping information as well. If you need help with anything, Juancho is your man! :)

The dental pod makes my trays / aligners significantly cleaner than brushing them. The pod is a neat little design that is easy to use. Customer service was also fantastic!

I have been using the Dental Pod for about a month now. I am starting to see the stains come off my night guard. I should have taken a photo of it before I started using the pod. I had the pod accidently fall to the floor the other day. No damage was done and it work in the morning. It must be built well.

The cleaning pod works better than expected! Doesn’t take up a lot of space, doesn’t make a lot of noise, and gets the job done!

I'm happy with the DentalPod I got from them and it keeps my night guard clean. Additionally, I found their customer service to be good. I thought my DentalPod stopped working and they quickly responded by getting a new one ready to be sent (it was still under the one-year warranty), and then I found out that the problem was with my outlets and not the DentalPod, and they quickly responded to me letting them know that too by canceling the replacement order, saving me from feeling bad and having to send the replacement back. This whole process began early in the morning and ended at night, and yet they were still fast to respond in both cases. The only thing that could be improved was having to send them two videos to show the DentalPod "not working," one for the initial claim form submission on their website and one in response to the email I got from them afterward asking for another one, but other than that, their customer service seems to be fast and helpful. I recommend this company.

Great product and customer service. Top notch! Purchased the Pro and love how easy it is to empty and fill the water. Customer service is very helpful and responds quickly.

We had a problem with our Zima Dental Pod and wrote to Zima for a solution. Zima's customer service was excellent and prompt. Within a week, we upgraded to the Dental Pod Pro, which we love even more. The new design which separates the power source from the water reservoir where the action takes place makes it even more convenient to keep clean and to avoid more electrical connection problems. An excellent product with great customer service.

BEWARE!! THIS IS A SCAM!!
I received a notification that my order had been delivered, but their wasn't a packege at my door. I have a RING doorbell and no delivery person came to my door or the surroundings of my house. I checked my mailbox and checked with all my neighbours, but no package was to be found. I sent an email to ZIMA, and all I got as a reply from "Sophie" was.. "Sorry to hear your package wasn't delivered, however it it has been in our system. Please check with your neighbours." That was it.
DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!

UPDATE: 'Emily' sent me an email stating that she would continue communication with me and ship me a new package... I'VE BEEN GHOSTED!! I have sent numerous emails the past week and no one has gotten back to me. DO NOT TRUST!

The followup with a missing package was prompt and new package of product was sent immediately, Really appreciated the efficiency of the staff!

Very happy I made a mistake when ordering and after emailing them it was sorted quickly I received my pod and was amazed how well it cleaned my retainers with just water 100% reccommed to friends and family

It was easy I’m very happy with this product.

Our daily morning routine includes the Zima pod - a complete cleaning of our retainers, leaving us TOTALLY assured they are clean and ready for our next use!

My dentist insisted I get an ultrasonic cleaner for my new nightguard, He specifically recommended the Zima Pod and tablets. After extensive research I realized it was worth the extra cost to buy the Zima Pod and specifically also their tablets (superior ingredients). I've been using it for a couple of weeks now and am very happy with the decisions.

Order EU76367 was never received.
I am not even sure if they are legit. I am going to contact my CC provider tomorrow.
Ordered 11 days ago , already received an email from Zima to rate the product I never received.
Be aware!!! Next time if I order anything similar it will be only via Amazon .
A quick update, although I reached out to their CS they claim the package hasn't arrived yet.
This is a scam !! Be aware. It is not possible that a package will take longer than 10 days within Europe.

Update : although Zima CS reached out to me on Aug 10, after my review ( see below Emily's comment) promising to refund me, that's never happened.

Customer service was courteous, understanding and promptly took care of my issue.i needed to cancel an ongoing subscription and was unable to do this on the website, but with a couple of quick emails it was done efficiently.

Enjoyed using the product could really see a difference with how clean and fresh my retainers. The unit stop powering on. Customer service was very helpful with the replacement request. The unit was a gift but they were able to locate the original order# to process the replacement. Excellent Customer service process and agent!!
