Customer service is quick and products have been exceptional

I had an issue with my Zima Dental Pod, and I was genuinely impressed with how the customer support team handled everything. They responded quickly, were friendly and professional throughout, and made the whole process completely stress free.

After I explained the problem and provided a video, they confirmed the fault and arranged a replacement without any hassle. They also provided a free returns label and kept me updated every step of the way.

It’s refreshing to deal with a company that stands behind its products and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. Excellent communication, fast resolution and outstanding service from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Zima to anyone looking for a company that offers both great products and exceptional after sales support.

My original product wasn't working. After contacting Zima, the customer service rep came back immediately and advised me to try various things. We established it still wasn't working and without fuss they sent me details regarding the return. In addition I received an 85% DISCOUNT on the Zima pod PRO which I have received and is working perfectly. I love it.

I have been using my Zima dental pod for about two years for nightly retainers, and recently started Invisalign. If I thought the dental pod was indispensable before (which I did), now with 22 hour wear it truly is! I have brought it with me to 10 different countries, because I can’t go a single day without it. If my pod broke, I would have a new one ordered within the hour.

This is a sleek looking product that actually works.

I had an issue with the unit. I communicated with customer service and everything got resolved quickly. I was very satisfied with the outcome and this was the best customer service I’ve had in yrs.

My review is based on the order and return process, and customer service - not the appliance which I never got to use. I placed an order for an appliance and some cleaning tablet boxes. I was informed after the fact the appliance was on backorder, and offered another color. I declined and requested the order to be canceled. They sent another email, ignoring my cancel request, that the appliance would be shipped out "today", and inexplicably they shipped the cleaning tabs (which I have no use for in the absence of the cleaning device). I requested to cancel again and requested a return label for the cleaning tablets. No response for several days and finally an email indicating the appliance had been shipped. I tried to generate a return request on their website but the system forces you to enter a "lot number" for the appliance - hardly the "effortless returns" the website claims. Finally I asked once again for a cancellation and the agent said it could not be cancelled since it had been "shipped", but once I receive it she will email me a return label. It was a confusing process but in the end customer service offered accommodations that made up for the frustration which was positive.

While the cleaning pod is decent for my night guard, trying to cancel my autoship for the tablets was a nightmare. I would simply get a 'we are now shipping your product' email with no warning. Then I clicked in the email and there was nowhere to see my subscription. SOOOOO I went to look on the website. Nope. Have to log in through a third party app. Okay. From there? Still nowhere in my own profile to check. So I google their FAQs. Nope. Not in their FAQs. Okay...way down at the bottom of their website is 'Manage My Subscriptions.' I feel a glimmer of hope...alas! I seem to only be able to update the number of boxes I want shipped or change the frequency of my shipping, or skip an order. Nowhere to cancel...until I see a GREYED OUT OPTION AT THE VERY BOTTOM OF THE PAGE that says 'cancel'. I click. No less than five pages later "Do you really want to cancel?" Do you REALLLLY want to cancel? "WHY do you want to cancel?" What if we give you a better discount?....was I finally able to cancel my subscription! Most autoships give you a couple days heads-up that they are renewing in the first place, and you can EASILY click to manage. Not this one. BUYER BEWARE - you will be hooked in an endless loop of inconvenience and you will just give up and let them take your money.

Great product. Excellent job of cleaning my aligner. I had previously used another product from a competitor. This is much better and leaves my aligner sparkling.

I am very happy with my Zima dental pod . Before having the Zima pod , I thought my dental appliance was clean enough by just washing it with mild soap and water . After using the dental pod , my appliance came out clearer and cleaner , not the cloudy looking appliance which I thought was an original appearance . Now it gives me confidence that my dental night guard is thoroughly cleaned . Worth the buy!

Zima Dental has been great. I had a faulty dental pod and wanted it exchanged. Zima Dental was excellent in communicating well and I have received a replacement. The product is great .. much easier than brushing the mouth piece.

I was contacted by customer service that my order would be delayed because it was out of stock (Pod Pro arctic white). I was given the approx time it would be shipped and asked if I wanted to wait or I could change to another color (black) that was in stock. I explained that I had black one and this order is a gift for my partner. I asked if they had green and she said yes and they could ship it right away. I was pleased to be updated immediately on the status and offered options, and there is no delay now on my order. I received the confirmation email right away.
I have had the upmost professionalism in my dealings with Zima, that's why I bought one as a gift for my partner.
The product is excellent and I use it every day with my night guard. I always feel my night guard has been thoroughly cleaned and fresh without a chemical taste or smells using their tablets. And with the subscription for the tablets, there's nothing else to think about 😁
