It is interesting to read that no photographers are available. I myself participated as a photographer in a food test shooting, which was successful, and via Dropbox-Sign I was sent a contract. After signing, I got an email saying I will get a welcome email with login instructions, which should take no more than 24 hours. I never received this email, not even in the spam folder. They don't answer emails, if you call them in Copenhagen, the answer you get is that it's the "Europe" department, it's located somewhere else, but where they won't tell me or give me a number. So potential customers should not be surprised that for an application there is no photographer at Zigna. So a vague company!

In the past, when Mr. Mc Glashan was working for Zigna everythin was great. Since he is gone it's a mess.

Last shooting booked and they had no photographer in Frankfurt, the main city of real estate!!

I have used Zigna in the past but this time around left me second guessing. It took 3 days for a photographer to pick up the job. I will say the photographer was excellent. It took 3 days for the photos to get turned around and then a week for the floorplan. Had to constantly email them for updates that would take days to get answered.

The level of service since Covid has dropped dramatically. We use to get very quick responses from Zigna and able to choose a photographer of our choice.
Now it takes days for a response and there have been several mistakes. The photographers have been great! However, the lack of service from Zigna Has dropped dramatically.

Pictures were of the wrong property... reported it and still waiting on the correct photos.
