Ordered Denim jacket from Zevara Melbourne on 30/4/26 for $62.96.
Jacket arrived 2/5! Extremely poor quality! Definitely not Demin as advertised, a very poor quality polyester type fabric! I wrote straight back to them to view my thoughts, and asking for a refund, however just ignored me! I have since written asking fir a reply! Anyone ordering from this company is just asking for disappointment

I agree with 'BEWARE". The exact same thing happened to me. I thought I was dealing with a reputable shop in Melbourne so I purchased a denim jacket. What I received was a poorly dyed jacket that wasn't denim. I have sent emails and am waiting a response. I think I will be lucky to get an answer from either. I think I have been scammed. I would not recommend dealing with this company.

I ordered 2 cardigans and was told they were on their way on the 16th May. Today 30th May, and 2 emails, I have received no reply and no parcel. Because it was Zevara Melbourne, I thought it was based in Melbourne not China. Not even worth 1 star, in my opinion a very disreputable company.

My experience with this company is not even worth one star. I ordered a jacket on the 8th May 2026 and when it arrived it was nothing like the jacket pictured on their web site. The material was not denim as expected and the workmanship was of a very poor standard. I asked for a refund but was told I would have to pay postage back to China or I could accept a refund of 10% and keep the jacket. This refund was later increased to 20% but the jacket is not wearable and I find the offer of $10 to be totally unacceptable.

Bought a pair of orthopaedic low boots (Fanny-premium orthopaedic rubbish waterproof boots 😡
supposedly leather ….yeah more like cardboard only good for a dress up party representing Peter Pan 😡
They were delivered all crushed in a plastic bag with not inserts and one boot had the stitching haphazard (crooked)unbelievably horrendous to say the very least.
You would expect to pay no more than $5 if that as it’s not worthy of more.
The return of these pathetic, idiotic piece of rubbish was a bigger nightmare than that of receiving such horrendous foot wear
To be honest $2 shops would offer better.
Please do NOT believe the 5 star rating as it’s not true
