No customer service,,, I bought cash and legendary box, I gave my data from gmail and they told me that it was incorrect (a lie), I gave it to them from FB, they switched me to cash and legendary box, and after a few days someone entered profile and picked up everything I bought,,,so avoid these sellers as much as possible

Using Zeux for a seemingly…


Using Zeux for a seemingly straightforward money transfer turned into an unexpected nightmare. Initially, I was impressed by their platform’s user-friendly interface and their promise of quick and secure transactions. However, shortly after completing a transfer, I was entangled in a complex web of anti-money laundering (AML) compliance checks. The process was not only invasive, but also lacked transparency and communication from Zeux's side. My funds were frozen for an extended period, causing significant inconvenience and stress. The situation was exacerbated by their customer service, which was unhelpful and slow to respond, leaving me frustrated and in the dark about the status of my money. This experience has seriously undermined my trust in Zeux’s capabilities and intentions.

Nice Experience

The Client manager helped a lot, they helped to provide bespoke services including account opening and international transfers which really helped a lot. Nice experience with good attitude.

Close them down

This company on my short experience so far is an absolute disgrace with complete contempt for customers. I funded my account for a mortgage payment a few days in advance and close to two weeks later I'm still fighting to see the funds. They refuse to come back to customer in a timely period and they refuse to take any responsibility. The regulators should shut them down and get rid of them for good.

Thieves & Scammers! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MOMEY WITH THEM!

Worst company on the face of this earth!
Left a heap of emails but still no reply, it’s been 7 months since they froze my account! They did the exact same to my partners account and after asking for numerous documents over email (no proper data protection policy) I sent them everything but still got ignored! I uploaded my details atleast a good 30 times on the add because it says my account is frozen! But still no look....
I’m ready the good reviews here and I’m 100000% convinced it’s a PR company writing them as everybody on twitter hates this company! Nobody has anything good to say about it! And bare in mind! They took this money when corona first started! I got really I’ll During this time and every bit of money I had was needed! But Nevermind that to these evil snobs of the earth! Wouldn’t recommend their services to even an enemy! I will be suing for damages.

Innovative product, good interest rate

Their Easy Access Money Pot provides one of the best rates in the market. The app interface is beautifully designed. I had a few issues when using it for the first time but could see the improvement after their updates. Customer service has been very responsive and solved my queries promptly. Hope they'll bring back the decent interest rate soon
