i purchased the key around 11 hours ago and have been trying to register it ever since, but unfortunately, it still doesn't work properly. the only message i receive is *“is developed and maintained entirely by slyzz119.”* (╥﹏╥)
i also tried contacting support for help, but after mentioning @support, i ended up getting timed out instead. i had already been waiting around 8 hours in the server with no solution, which made the whole experience even more frustrating. (｡•́︿•̀｡)
**edit:** it's now been **4 days** since my purchase, and the issue still hasn't been resolved. i've received no proper solution, and after trying to get help without success, i've now had to dispute the payment through my bank to request a chargeback. (╥_╥)
it's really disappointing to pay for a product and not be able to use it, especially when trying to get support results in being timed out rather than helped. i understand that technical issues can happen, but the lack of resolution and the overall support experience have been extremely frustrating.
i hope the team improves the registration process and customer support for future buyers, because this has been a very disappointing experience overall. ♡
