I paid 1.70 for a resume without knowing I was being enrolled into a subscription and then gets charged 23.95 I call customer support to get a refund and the representative tells me that I have to call the same day I got charged to get a full refund and I can only get back 11.98, THAT'S RIDICULOUS

Dark pricing practices - AUTO ENROLLS INTO A SUBSCRIPTION.
I purchased a resume download from Zety for $1.95 after completing the resume-building process. At no point was it CLEARLY disclosed that I was enrolling in a recurring subscription.The subscription terms were buried in fine print. After being charged $25.95 March 28, I canceled 4 days after noticing the charge. I reached out via their chat box, and they emailed me that they will be prorating a refund of $12.98. If they prorated me for the 4 days after I was billed they would refund $22.49, but it looks like they are including the 14 days from before billing minus the $1.95? The $1.95 charge is misleading and used to obtain payment information.
It takes 4 bullet points to see you are signing up for a subscription! File a complaint with the CFPB and FTC.
