Withdrawal blocked without valid reason – €2,674.60 stuck
I submitted a €500 withdrawal request on March 19, 2025, which was confirmed by ZetCasino via email. A few days later, the money was silently returned to my player account, with no explanation.
I contacted support several times. They falsely claimed the payment was rejected by my bank – but my bank confirmed no such rejection ever happened. I requested proof (transaction ID, rejection code), but the casino could not provide any.
As of today, my full balance of €2,674.60 is still stuck in the account, and I am unable to withdraw. The casino failed to resolve this and has become non-responsive.
ZetCasino is no longer licensed under Curacao eGaming and operates under an offshore license from Anjouan (Comoros), which raises further concerns.
I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this platform. The operator has shown clear signs of withdrawal obstruction and manipulative support tactics.
