NEVER USE THIS WEBSITE!! I REPEAT NEVER!!! Withdrawals always take long, I’ve been waiting over 2 weeks now for my withdrawal of 700$ .everytime I use the chat to talk to someone it’s like their ROBOT A.I. and always have the same answer, so I emailed and I get the same answer and it leads no where and I get no answer or anything. Waste of money . Never play on this site. I wish their was a 0 Star rating because that’s what it deserves.

Less than zero actually. I’ve been trying to close my account for weeks. They beat you and try and keep your gambling when you want to stop punish you if you don’t play on a daily level. If you have a serious issue, they say you have to email and when you email they don’t get back to you and when you ask live, they say email! I have wasted so much money they never pay all the good games they used to have have been removed because they don’t want to pay anyone anything.

A terrible site. Sketchy redirect links when you try to login, no gaming controls that you can implement on your end,
(can’t choose deposit limits etc.), customer service takes forever to get back to you about anything. RTP seems to be really skewed to the house as well, like wins are far & few between. And then the withdrawal times, my god it takes forever! Reasons to why Zetcasino is considered a horrible run online casino.
1. It lacks no withdrawal limits. There are little to no online casinos that have withdrawal limits anymore. For example, I had deposited $4,500 CAD over this week. But could only withdraw $750 at a time, let alone a week, to a maximum of $12,000 monthly. Many casinos I.e Roobet, Stake, Leovegas to name a few if not all have NO withdrawal limits. Now before you get to the VIP levels discussing higher limits, those levels should not influence withdrawal limits to begin with.

2. My VIP levels dropped to the bottom after stopping to play for 5 months. This is absurd in my and many other people whom I talked to who play on this site. I was saddened to find that all the wagering and playing time I had done at this casino was wiped clean and taken to the bottom of the VIP levels. It should stay at a certain level for at LEAST 1.5- 2 years given the amount of deposits and wagering one has done.

3. The payment processors for cards is unprofessional. When depositing money on your site, one would expect to receive Canadian dollars if they DEPOSIT Canadian dollars. However when depositing your payment processors range from Euros, Brazilian currency, USD to Philippine Currency invoking extra charges instead of having ONE payment processor that accepts Canadian dollars. The processor we keep trying to charge your card even if it didn’t go through the first time.

4. Slow withdrawal speeds. From previous withdrawals, Zetcasino takes around 3-4 Business days Not including weekends or holidays. In this day and age that is very petty of a casino to take their sweet time into paying out their customers when the deposits take meer seconds to come in. So many other casino offer INSTANT withdrawals, like Bet365, Stake, Roobet, LeoVegas, Tonybets, etc....

5. No history section on account. This topic is very important in everyone's eyes when they play at a casino. For me I would want to see how much I deposited or withdrew, when I did, and the bets I made. You guys make no effort to make simple information accessible, which shows the lack of customer service.

In this day and age where some sites have instant withdrawals and most within 24 hours, to take over 4 days to process a withdrawal is hard to believe. This website is a scam, they won’t let you self exclude if you have a gambling problem neither set up a deposit limit. Stay away from this site if you are a compulsive gambler. You will loose everything.

I've been playing for a full year plus, and haven't won anything.

I have been a regular player at Zet Casino for a long time with no previous issues. On 30 July 2025 at 14:30 CEST, I requested a withdrawal of approximately 12,000 CZK.
According to their stated policy (3 business days starting from the next day), the payment should have arrived by 4 August 2025.

Today is the 5th business day and I still have not received my funds.
Support keeps giving me generic responses and no concrete date. My trust is now seriously damaged.

Jsem dlouholetým hráčem Zet Casino a nikdy jsem neměl žádné problémy. Dne 30. 7. 2025 ve 14:30 CEST jsem požádal o výběr přibližně 12 000 Kč.
Podle jejich pravidel (3 pracovní dny počítané od následujícího dne) měla platba dorazit 4. 8. 2025.

Dnes je 5. pracovní den a peníze stále nemám.
Podpora mi opakovaně odpovídá jen obecnými frázemi a neposkytuje konkrétní datum. Moje důvěra je tím vážně narušena.

Ignored Self-Exclusion Request – Lost €1,186 Due to Casino Negligence

On April 26, 2025, I submitted a self-exclusion request to Zet Casino due to gambling addiction. I followed their instructions by sending the request via email, as outlined in their Responsible Gambling Policy.

However, I received no response, no confirmation, and my account remained active for five more days. I continued gambling during this time and lost €1,186. When I contacted them again on May 1, they finally acknowledged my request and closed the account on May 3 – a full seven days after my original request.

They now claim they never received my April 26 email and are refusing to refund the losses, even though I provided proof of the original message.

This is a clear violation of their own policy, which promises to process self-exclusion requests within 24 hours.

What’s even worse: Zet Casino is licensed in Anjouan (Comoros), which offers no effective player protection or regulatory oversight. So if something goes wrong, there’s nowhere to turn.

Avoid this casino if you care about responsible gambling or accountability.

Made a self-exclusion request for gambling addiction on April 29 and send follow up. They never answered and I lost more money because of their lack of responsible gaming. Avoid!!

Please Please Please stay away They are thieves. I lost thousands because of their glitches, the minute you seemed to have a win, inability to withdraw any more than 750 a day when you win 3,000 . Even then you have to write them several times as if there’s any interruption like you withdrawing part they start all over again. The straw that broke the camels back was I advertised on market place and the person wanted an email address so they could send me money which never happened. I opened a link sadly. I checked my bank account to look for the money and Zet Casino had withdrawn 99.00 from my checking account in increments of 3 at same time. I would never withdraw specifically “99.00” There was 170$ withdrawn from line of credit. 100$ withdrawn from a credit card and 300$ from another one which I did not authorize and had stopped all emails etc from zet casino and blocked them about a month before. The bank claimed they couldn’t help me because “ I had given them my bank info .” I thought the site was secure when I signed into my bank and gave permission all those times to send money. Nowhere close to that day did I give permission so I am so destroyed as I am senior citizen. $ 867.00 is a lot of money for me to be scammed out of.
