Another parasite limited company only…

Another parasite limited company only allowing you to see your hospital test results if you agree to let them harvest your personal data. Why does the NHS allow these company's to operate like this. If I do not agree to the raft of terms and conditions allowing these people to profiteer from selling my data then I am not allowed to view my results. Absolutely discussing.

app doesn't work

app doesn't work. i receive a message in the NHS app, from hospital / GP, and when I click to open&read it, it always come back with "page not found" and "service provided by Zesty". So can't read any messages from NHS, and the only means they send it by, is this app, (wrongly) believing you'll receive it. Can the NHS please stop using Zesty! (Been having this issue for 6+ months now, both on mobile app and website)

SCAM SITE

Theives they steal money and just non stop harassment won't refund when nothing is prescribed. I wanted my 39.99 back asap they lied about price they harassed me all night then email must of been shared with employee cause got emailed from a 3rd party about my journey...I will dispute charges . Stay away from site huge SCAM

I use vpn to stop data theft and data collection.

I use a vpn and add blocker because I do not want companies like yours to have free access to my data. I get a letter from my Dr I still haven't read because I am not giving you access to my data and because of this I can't read my medical letter, you give me the option to not give you my data then i get a message from yourselves saying "go to zesty portal without sharing your data" which I do as its my right to I'm then forcefully stuck at this screen

Very poor service provider

I am a Registered Osteopath. I have been with Zesty for nearly a year. I have not had any patients from them.They seem to have withdrawn their presence from the North of England. I would not refer fellow healthcare providers to this company. You are betting spending your money somewhere else.

Poor service as a provider

As an osteopath I was talked into joining Zesty with a guarantee of my money back if they didn't get me 3 patients in a year. Well I only had 1 patient who came for 1 appointment in the year so I tried to get my money back. Still waiting for replies to emails and calls.....as a professional I would definitely not recommend registering with them.

A great appointment.

I have been treated by Yasmin Ryan for 12+ years - in Wimbledon, Putney, Streatham and now in her current work place. She is a consummate professional with many skills and talents and I can thoroughly recommend her to all who need assistance with their feet. Once you find a pro you can value and trust, it seems appropriate to keep with them.

Appointments made easy

I used Zesty to find a medical pedicure in W1 and I found an excellent practice and booked through Zesty. The appointment was confirmed immediately and I was taken on time. I recommend Zesty for reliable service.

Great dental service at very short notice

I had a dental emergency while travelling on business. I booked an emergency appointment online and was seen later that day. The service was excellent and all of the people who dealt with me were very helpful and took time to explain what my problem was and how it would be resolved.
I would recommend this practice to anyone.

a really helpful service!

This was such an easy to use service and with excellent back up/reminders afterwards. it helped put me in touch with an excellent chiropractor and i am pain free for the first time in several months! zesty was clear and simple to use and i found it very helpful indeed

Excellent professional service

I booked the appointment online late one evening whist in pain, it was easy and I received regular mobile reminders until the appointment. The physio Tom was very informative and knowledgeable about my injury. Would highly recommend.
