Still waiting.....

I've still not received my order and apart from the original order confirmation I've had no communication at all. Disappointed.

Hello, I'm very sorry you feel disappointed, that's not what we want at all.
We're currently advising up to 7 working days for delivery and because of the bank holiday this week it's been 4 working days today.
I appreciate it can be a long wait and so we try to take every reasonable method to inform customers of the delay through the notification banner on the website and on the shipping option itself.
If you prefer to cancel and have a refund then that's no problem at all and I can organise that straight away for you, just get in touch via email if you do and I'll issue it immediately.
These are temporary delays as a result of Covid-19 as we have put in place measures to protect warehouse staff, hopefully we can return to next working day deliveries soon.

Good experience, will definitely use again

Really quick and well packaged delivery, even got my order on a Saturday which was unexpected!
Would have been 5 stars but I didn’t receive a txt or email to say the order had been shipped or any updates for delivery etc.

Excellent in part; flawed in others.

Good bits were an ability to choose some interesting 0% equivalents to alcoholic drinks - haven't tried yet but reviews from other sources suggest should be happy - plus delivery was well packaged and fulfilled through good delivery partner (DHL Express) who did a fine job and were well within time.

Down sides were the amount of products out of stock, long wait for delivery and no confirmation e-mail (come on guys, this is a legal requirement and you had my e-mail address to eventually tell me when you were going to deliver). Hopefully, first two issues will be resolved once we are beyond Covid19 lockdown.

I agree that the amount of products that are out of stock and the long delivery times are undesirable and are as a result of the disruption caused by Covid-19 and our standard delivery service pre-covid was next day - we can't wait to get back to something closer to that.
In regards to your order confirmation, you should have automatically received this straight away and I can see on the system that one was sent out to you, is it possible it was flagged as spam by your email provider?

Top class customer service

There were a few issues with my initial order, but Zeroholics got in contact, helped me select replacement beers and offered me free shipping and a discount for the inconvenience. Sometimes things go wrong - that happens in life. But it is important how you respond. Zeroholic’s response was first rate. Seemed like they genuinely cared about my satisfaction as a customer. Will DEFINITELY shop here again.

In terms of the products, you can see for yourself that the range they offer is unrivalled on any normal high street/supermarket.
