I was in the same spot you are now, looking at this and thinking wow this is really cool and exactly what I was looking for. I even paid for the special set up and founders files. Within 5 days my account got blown and they said it’s because I didn’t set it up right which I paid for them to video call with me and make sure I did it right. It might work in the long run but $100 gains on a $10,000 account a day don’t mean anything when I wake up and it’s at -$6,000 overnight and they blame me. While you still have to pay $99 a month after setting it up. Just don’t bother learn from my mistake.

They have decimated the funds in my account since I joined and blamed me for changing the trade settings which I didn't do. Very untrustworthy company

Jalel is extremely attentive when it comes to customer service. Whenever there is an update, he keeps me informed and makes sure everything is running properly. Any time I have a question, he is responsive and provides a clear answer.

The pricing is also very reasonable, and I appreciate that you can begin with a demo account to build confidence in the bots before using a live account.

Trying to get into contact with the company regarding a purchase that wasn’t delivered. It does take several days for someone to text after requesting help. Onboarding meeting is booked and access is granted during the onboarding meeting. Still trying to get into Slack community. Only current way of communicating is Discord.

Aser & Jalel are fantastic people. I was cautious at first, but they walked me thru the process and helped me set everything up so that deposits and withdrawals were seamless. I had a emergency in which I had to withdraw a large percentage of my investment. With no questions asked they helped me with the withdraw. And the percentage of return was everything they said it would be. I will be reinvesting with Aser & Jalel in the near future.

There is a lot of garbage in the forex algorithm space, but ZeroAlgo has been one of the few companies I have found that appears to take risk management and drawdown seriously.

The Portfolio Algo has been my favorite offering. It trades consistently, spreads risk across multiple strategies, and focuses on protecting the account instead of simply chasing unrealistic returns. Execution does matter, so I strongly recommend using an A-book broker that can closely match Jalel’s trades—or using the same broker he uses whenever possible.

Jalel has reportedly been developing and trading algorithms for more than eight years, and that experience shows in the quality of his work. He has also grown his own trading over the years into seven figures, so he understands what it takes to manage meaningful capital rather than just producing attractive backtests.

ZeroAlgo has continued investing in its systems, including recently adding two full-time quantitative analysts to the team. The strategies continue to improve, the pricing is very reasonable, and the support has been excellent.

I am also running several strategies through prop firms, and the Bitcoin strategies have been performing extremely well. Overall, I have been very impressed with Jalel and ZeroAlgo. I highly recommend following their broker recommendations to improve trade matching and execution.
