Was looking for an office chair and found it at Office Depot but didn’t like the price even though I would have paid it. Google searched and found at Zerbee for $140 less and of course was skeptical. Did my research on them online and even called and hesitantly placed my order yesterday. It arrived today! Was shocked. Apparently they are owned by Office Depot but much better prices. Will definitely use these guys if need anything.

I recently placed an order for the first time. The order was partially shipped. When I contacted customer service, they responded quickly, explaining that the balance of the order would be shipped as soon as they received their shipment. I contacted them again when I hadn’t received it in the time frame and again they responded quickly and issued a refund within minutes.

This company is problematic to submit a return. I had to call multiple times for Ryan's supervisor to finally approve a return and I went weeks without receiving my refund to my credit card, until I called them and they finally issued the credit back.
