It would be five stars but one of items I ordered (sauteuse) was not available although web page showed that it was. That has delayed my purchase for total of 10 days. Few days after ordering I got mail explaining that item was delayed, and couple of days after that mail I got phone call and explanation that item was not any more offered but that there is an alternative with same price. I agreed on change and am happy with my purchase and dealing with the seller. Recomended.

Expensive but good
The prices are a bit spicey, especially when you add shipping costs for smaller products. But the products they sell are top quality and hard to find other places.
Their delivery and customer service is flawless.
