Customer service appears not to exist

I ordered a size shoe up as advised on the site. They are still way too small. I've contacted them multiple times on Facebook and through the website customer services contacts but noone replies. The link to the Gmail gets a 404 error from their emails. There is no way of returning these items and getting a refund despite all of the pledges on their website. The shoes are direct shipped from China and feel very plastic with hard soles. I can't can't comment on their orthopaedic benefits as per the claims in the advert because I can't get them on.

Boss brand

Ordered me an me partner few bits and quality is unreal would definitely recommend, can’t wait to order me self some more stuff :) also looking forward to see what this brand brings to the people in future possibly few more sports tops 🫣

Perfect

Top quality clothes. I have had clothes from here for 11 months now and washed so many times but they still look brand new, which is hard to find. Speedy delivery. Ordered multiple items many of times and not once have i been disappointed. would definitely recommend to a friend.
