I have ordered a ring over 2 months ago (March 20, 2026) and they claim it has been lost in the mail. I get an automated reply to their email system stating 'it should arrive in another 1-2 days'. They have sent the same response 3 times even though I have requested further information and investigation. They should be sending me another piece but they refuse to acknowledge it.
Attached is a screen shot of an item that will never be delivered. It has been in Australia for 2 months. All a scam. Who knows what they sent, where they sent it or where its ended up.
