I waited months to receive the part I ordered & paid for. When it came in it was not only the wrong part, but what they sent was a joke. A little plastic bumper that was less than an 1/8 of an inch. I had trouble finding it in the packing.

False advertising on website
Website reflected in-stock drains. I ordered and immediately got a notification about them being back ordered. Then they kept moving the promised ship date out further and further. I finally shared my extreme frustration with customer service and the parts arrived 2 days later. I will never shop here again.

The customer service was excellent. There was a brief delay in availability from the manufacturer, but I was kept informed. I made an error in my measurement for a lockset, but Zen's customer service folks quickly resolved the issue and shipped me a needed replacement part so I could complete the installation.
