Great Customer Service
I accidentally purchased the wrong finish for the product I needed initially and noticed right after the purchase went through. Upon noticing this I immediately reached out to customer service through the chat feature and the representative was able to cancel the order immediately and begin the refund process. I bought the correct finish and did not have to worry about having to deal with making a return after the incorrect purchase was sent out because they were able to handle it so quickly. My product shipped the same day I purchased it and arrived when they said it would.

This was the worst experience I have…
This was the worst experience I have ever had. I order the part they said it was in stock. A day later I got a email saying it was on back order. Had to wait a month to get the part, when it finally came the order was wrong. Called customer service, just some random kid answers the phone, didn't sound professional at all. Say to send him a picture of what's wrong to his email, and he would get the right parts sent out asap. Sent the pics days ago and haven't heard anything since. Now my client is upset, and this is one of my largest commercial accounts. In my 33plus years as a contractor, this is the worse experience ever. No care for the inconvenience they cause, no urgency to correct it, poor communication, non professional.

The part worked well but I only needed the motor not the whole mount. If I would have received only the part I needed and I thought that’s what I was purchasing maybe the part would have been cheaper .
