I ordered a large size according to the chart. I was sent an XL which I reported immediately to ZENSPINE via an email asking what do they recommend I do. That was two days ago and have still not received their response.
In the meantime I tried the XL they sent and it was way too small. A 3XL would have been a more correct size.
I have again emailed them asking for an address where I can return the package, as there appears no address information on their website or indeed a return label in the package.
I would certainly not recommend dealing with this company as they do not respond to emails and their return policy is a failure and I must add that their size chart requires updating.
I am waiting to see if any response to my email requests are forthcoming and if not will be contacting the government fair trading office.

Checked their size chart and ordered XL which is larger than anything I would usually order. There is no way of putting it on yourself to wear, which defeats the point of it being discreet.

Contacted them within 1hr of arrival to say the XL would not fit and I'm not even sure if the 3XL will fit based on their sizing. Asked for a refund and I have been completely ignored.
