I ordered a Qi charger a week ago, the order hasn't been dispatched, it is not showing in my account, I have been trying to contact the support for over 5 days no one has answered. I have the payment receipt and order number. This is complete fraud.

It's not bad, the product seems to be well made, but maybe i chose a product that is too old ?
The cable is USB A, the charge feels slow on my Iphone 13 mini, and moreover, when I remove my phone from the base, it loses 3% of battery at once (So there's a difference in between what's displayed and the reality which doesn't happen when I use a "normal charger".)
Delivery was assured by DPD which NEVER finds my address for some reason, and delivered it the day after at a Pick Up Parcel Shop, which was slightly annoying.
For 20 euros Maybe I would recommend the ANKER wireless charger you can find on amazon....

I had my Zens Aluminium Series 4-in-1 charger (ZEDC21B/00) for about half a year. Overall, it worked well, except for the removable adapter used to switch between plug types. Sometimes, it didn’t seem to connect properly, and I even heard sparking when it made contact. That really worried me, I was afraid it might eventually short-circuit and cause a fire.
So, on the 7th of July in the morning, I reached out through their support form to ask if this was a known issue.
Within an hour, I received a response. They asked for details about the plug type and whether there was any visible damage or looseness — because this should not be happening and isn’t a known/common issue. They emphasized that my safety was their top priority.
After removing and reattaching the adapter heads, I did notice some looseness, both when moving it vertically/horizontally and when rotating it. There was visible play, and the gap between the adapter and the plug would change when I pressed on it.
Based on this information, they offered to send a replacement adapter or do further investigation if needed. They suspected it was a faulty adapter.
It turned out that my current charger (ZEDC21B/00) had reached end-of-life status, so they couldn’t replace it with the same model. Instead, they offered me the ZEDC29W/00, a comparable and improved successor to my original model.
They expected the new model to be back in stock by the end of July and promised to ship it to me as soon as it was available.
Just three days later, it was already on its way!
To my surprise, I received a brand-new Zens 4-in-1 Wireless Charger (ZEDC29W/00), even though I was only expecting a replacement adapter.
All in all, a great experience

There is a lot of glue residue around the coils, which I don't think looks very nice. I saw it too late, after I already unboxed everything. Other than that, delivery very fast. Product works amazing.

Ordered the Zens magnetic bedside charger based on a review in the NY Times, Wirecutter consumer reviews. It arrived in USA from the Netherlands in less than a week. Very sturdy with enough weight to stay put. Nice styling, too. The only issue, if it is one, is the stand is too short to hold the phone at a taller upright position, unless placed on top of something else. A satisfying purchase

The very spendy Liberty charger I received has a manufacturing defect. The USB A port that is included on the the charger, to support use of Zen's equally spendy Apple Watch charger module, has some kind of defect that makes it impossible to insert their charger module into the USB A port. Should have been caught during assembly of the device. Have not yet heard from Zens for five days now as to what to do about it. Not good. They are certainly very good about promoting the sale of their products, but not so good about following up with customer support. Perhaps more focused right now on trying to keep sales going to offset the effects of Trump's tariffs, than helping customers with their Zen's product defects.

I purchased my first 4-in-1 MagSafe + Watch Wireless Charging Station in March 2024. Since then, I have had three warranty claims for this product and now need to make a fourth warranty claim. It has always been the same problem - the USB-C 18W port to charge a 4th device fails and does not charge the 4th device (an iPad for me). Each time, I tried multiple cables that worked with other chargers, but those cables did not work with the Zens 4-in-1 USB-C 18W port. There must be a design defect that Zens needs to correct. At the current rate, I will go through 15 or 16 warranty claims in three years.
The idea behind the product is great, and the design is a great design. No other product meets my needs like this Zens product. However, the product continues to fail.
Although Zens customer service has been great and honored its warranty without any resistance, I would much prefer not having to deal with a defective product. If it weren’t for Zens customer service, I would give this product only 2 stars.
