Zen My Mind - Systemic Constellation Therapy Reviews 

I attended a London systemic family constellation workshop at Zen My Mind for the first time, and although I had some idea of what might happen, I genuinely did not expect the depth of what I experienced. It was absolutely mind-blowing.
The group itself felt very safe and supportive from the start. There was a sense that everyone present was there with openness and respect, which made it much easier to step into the process. The constellation we worked on ended up lasting more than three hours because the issue brought by the issue holder was extremely complex. At one point it felt like we were holding three different constellations at the same time, each layer revealing something new about the family system. What stood out the most was the transformation of the issue holder. The person who finished the constellation genuinely felt like a different person from the one who had walked into the workshop earlier that day. Watching those shifts unfold in real time was powerful and deeply emotional. Even as a participant observing and representing within the constellation, the experience was eye-opening. Huge kudos to facilitator Ivo Aulik from Zen My Mind for holding such a complex space with calm and clarity. Throughout the entire systemic family constellation workshop, he managed to see the important details and guide the process in a way that made sense even when things seemed overwhelming. This was my first family constellation. I was very excited , I have felt very supported and safe and Yvo's energy was already healing for me, I felt at home safe and I have put it aside my mind and ego and surrounded to what was unfolding. I was not the issue holder, however the healing was unfolding and it was an amazing experience I felt very touched and the experience made me realised even more that we are here to navigate our struggles to become a better version of ourself. When I first saw the site I was a little sceptical that it was possible to have such a transformative transformation in a single session with relatively not much time.

Oh boy was I wrong, Ivo is incredible and very intuitive, somehow seems to be able to get deep and to the underlying problem with ease and speed.

I wasn’t sure what to expect going in, but the session turned out to be really valuable—even just as a viewer. Watching someone else’s case being worked through opened my eyes to a lot of things in my own life. Ivo was an amazing facilitator—very professional, warm, and made everyone feel comfortable. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone feeling stuck or going through something, and I’ll definitely be coming back.

A very good experience overall, with much appreciation to Ivo for the space he created and held throughout the session. He extended the session time so that the second constellation could be fully completed.
The venue is quiet, clean and comfortable. The environment is psychologically safe. And the biggest gift is what you're taking away with you from an afternoon of interacting with strangers.
If you saw the ad and you've thought about it three times by now, just go, without hesitation it will be worth it.

Going into the session I was admittedly apprehensive due to not experiencing anything like this before.

On Arrival, Ivo made me feel very comfortable and explained what we will be doing with the session. I left the session feeling empowered, and the results have already started to show in several areas of my life
