A few times a day is disconnected.

The best quality and easiest to use VPN I have found. It quickly became my main work tool, previously I used other VPN services, but these were a bit complicated and complicated my workflow.

I have found ZenMate to be simple to use (I am not tech-savvy) This is its most important (for me) System!

I was having trouble with ZenMate due to Chrome's newest update. The support people helped me fix the problem easily. For me 'easy' is a simple explanation of directions for me to do. It was. And it was fixed.

It's a work of art! I wish it would shut off when I shut it off. It just loves to stay on.

Overall performance was great and fulfill my satisfactory. However, sometime it have an issue which is fail to connect to the server eventhough I changed my internet connection for multiple times on google chrome extension version and mobile app version.

I was really pleased with ZenMate for the first few weeks, it seemed stable and worked for streaming UK programmes, but it didn’t last. The customer service is awful as you only have email options, and when requesting help to unblock the streaming sites they only have advice to clear my laptop caches. Comparing this to the support I received when with Express and Nord, it’s shocking. ZenMate have no real interest in improving their connectivity and don’t have enough servers in the UK to keep up streaming connectivity. I asked for a refund, but was refused as I was a week or two out of the guarantee. Very disappointed with ZenMate and definitely won’t be recommending it to anyone.

It's a very good VPN but they don't provide live chat with the customer service. There is always a delay to get a response from them. But in general it is a good VPN service.

I have used many types of vpn like PIA, NORD vpn...but I like zenmate because it is quite powerful. Lots of IPs for me to use. zenmate in my opinion is currently number 1. you should use it. Thank zenmate
