However, we just returned from Massachusetts where 1 gram
vapes are $30.
Why are they 230% more expensive in Williamsburg VA?
A 1 gram vape at Zen Leaf is about $100.

Be careful when buying gummy at Zen leaf Naperville store!!!! I went there on Dec 19 where they had promotion around Christmas time. I ordered from Kios and when I reached the counter, a guy behind the counter said he did not find my order so he 'helped' me placed the orders.. when I got home, i realized that I was overcharged. I went to the store after Christmas, and the manager lady told me that she had no way to know and find what the promotion price on Dec 19 be and she couldn't refund the money... I said the promotion sales continued up to New year, same price! how can't she know? she is the manager and she has all the authority to check. instead, she just offered $5.00 discount. how about the remaining money that do not belong to them?

A friend also experienced the same thing. it seems this is a new trend how they 'EARN' extra money! they will not refund the money although merely their staff's mistake. Unfortunately and very sadly, their upper leadership support the manager's decision although all the proof were provided :-(

Imagine how many people fall in their trick and how much money they have stolen from?

Please DO NOT be their next victim!! if possible, avoid going to that store.. They are not trustworthy and honest people!
There are many dispensary stores around, more truthful and cheaper too.....

Customer service is terrible, but I've had no problems while the physical stores.

Within weeks, I went from being a "patient" to being a "customer." Any out-of-town "customer" shopping for "sativa pre-rolls," takes absolute priority over any long-term patient seeking a simple pickup. The manager left his back room to assist the customer after me, didn't acknowledge me in the slightest, and didn't address the fact that the employee actually said the quote in the review title to me. There is no seating for your wait, but there is priority parking for "medical card holders," so I suppose there is that. It's a far cry from a compassionate medical dispensary and more of a clean-looking party store.

They changed the dosage of the encore grape gummies and only give you 10 instead of 20. they say that it's higher THC and you need to split them in half which after taking a whole one for so long you forget, now you've overdosed yourself, it's barely acknowledged on the package it should be in huge letters to let you know they changed it. I don't understand the reason behind it. You have to be consistent when you're dealing with THC levels and then I see that Better Business Bureau readings gives them an F. I'm definitely not happy with my last purchase I spent a lot of money and I feel like I was deceived.

I had a bad reaction to some flower I bought at Zenleaf. I called to see if they would let me exchange it, or give me a store credit, or some kind of assistance with the problem. They they offer absolutely no customer support. I’m going to Ethos from now on. They’re very nice over there.

Zen Leaf SUCKS!
Have used SWC Prescott for years and loved the Jane online ordering system. Today found out SWC no longer using Jane and tried for 45 minutes to order via Zen Leaf. It is a totally worthless system. According to Zen Leaf, indica gummies do not exist.
I will check to see if another dispensary in the area uses Jane and if so will shop there in the future.

Refused to move inventory to medical section... thus I had to pay sales tax!
I have an issue every time I go there!
Their prices are outrageous!

Unlike my unpleasant experience at another dispensary here in Villa Park Illinois, Zen Leaf was very organized very understanding and they make sure that you got the best quality service. As they should be a little expensive but that's okay that should be more than enough effective for people who want to have a good experience at Zen Leaf

Only had a recent experience, but from previous reviews, it’s clear the new ownership has no experience, apparently no personal values either, running a business that’s success is built on pain customers\clients having a positive experience, not just with whatever service or product is sold, but with their overall experience engaging with the organization, the milieu. Call me crazy, but if the business is purely a service, especially if it’s dependent on repeat service, play several times a month , that’s I disaster. Now, this isn’t just “any type of service, it’s the service of actually connecting with people, getting deeply connected with them, it’s entirely built on trust and connection as much as the actual technical services offered .. that’s I just Astor that will resolve itself rather quickly, one way or another.

The ( not so ) funny part is The few instructors we had, 3 to 4 different experiences or not the type of instructors that’ll retain even a moderately advanced student. And, we all know that if you’re rather advanced, heck. I think it’s safe to say yogis can be pretty self deceptive and pay $1000 for all sorts of abuse and the name of a good instructor ( Tx to Mr B ), but even those people have wised up, No illusion about being treated poorly, and that’s with terrific construction.
