Zenith Decor deceptive trading

I ordered a pair of shoes from Zenith Decor on 8th May 2026, delivered but too big. Zenith Decor offered to replace them with a smaller size and I sent the delivered shoes to an address in China on 7th June 2026. But despite repeated assurances that the replacement shoes were being sent to me, they have still not been received. So I am forced to report this deceptive trading by Zenith Decor and let other potential buyers of their products to be prepared for similar treatment.
